阿爾皮納餐廳飯店(Hotel Restaurant Alpina)

View, beding, food .. everything was good. 호텔 가는길에 경사가 심하지만, 거리상으론 짧아서 짐들고 한번은 오를만 해요. 발코니 뷰도 좋았고, 침구류 완전 편하고 좋아요. 1층 식당 꼭 예약하고 저녁먹으러 가세요!! 맛있어요.

perfect location with the perfect view in the room. The breakfast is very good as well but the shower power in the bathroom is very weak

Auch dieses Jahr zog es uns wieder nach Grindelwald ins Wunderbare Hotel Alpina. Mittlerweile ist die nächste Generation hinter der Rezeption! Die sympathische Tochter von Herr Wolf macht ihre Arbeit genau so seriös wie ihr Vater einfach herrlich wie Sie sagen würden.

Excellent property.. cozy, comfortable; felt at home. Great area with plenty board games where my kids enjoyed playing at balcony after dinner. Morning times, enjoying hot drink with amazing mountain view. All the rooms are warm and sound proof. Staff working at restaurant is amazing, they make us an unforgettable stay, during breakfast and dinner. The owner guide us for our 1st trip at Grindelwald, guide us plenty information to move us around. One more thing; at Alpine Hotel, they still providing a Bible and a book with ideas, tips for heart and soul.

Thomas, the owner and his wife, Rigulata (Spelling not sure) were gracious and personable. His wife got up a chair; took down a painting of a mountain so I can take a picture of it better. They attended to our needs and made our stay memorable. The place is clean with very nice garden; the food is good; and the staff, especially Vanessa was very helpful. The view of the mountains right across from our balcony were exhilarating. I never got tired of watching and meditating on them. My experience is beyond my expectations. Thank you.

We dined at hotel alpina resaurant while staying in Grindelwald and can’t rate it highly enough. The menu of the day was fabulous value, all courses were beautifully presented and the food was fresh and of the highest quality. Staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere while a little formal felt relaxed. The view of the Eiger from our table was stunning. It was a special night out for us.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a bahnhof, porém para chegar até o hotel sobe uma pequena ladeira, tinha uma informação no booking para solicitar ajuda ao hotel, mas omitiram a informação da ladeira. O hotel é meio antiquado e falta muito capricho. Quarto amplo, banheiro de bom tamanho, porém o box é minúsculo. O sabonete escorria na pia porque não tinha tampa, o que demonstra desleixo. A bandeja do bule elétrico estava empoeirada. Os cafés e chás que  deixam de cortesia não foram repostos no dia seguinte,  diferente de todos os outros hotéis em que ficamos na Suíça. Chegamos de um passeio tarde e cansados e não haviam toalhas no banheiro, precisamos descer, ligar para o proprietário para pegá-las, pois o mesmo não se ofereceu em levar no quarto porque não tinha mais empregado. O café da manhã é básico, não tinham ovos ou, se tinham, não foi oferecido.  A senhora que serve o café da manhã até tentou ser atenciosa,  diferente dos proprietários, mas ela, depois de assoar o nariz, pegou um pedaço de queijo com as mãos para repor à mesa do café da manhã. Na véspera do dia da saída, recebemos uma mensagem para deixarmos o quarto no dia seguinte às 11 horas, informação desnecessária e deselegante, pois tínhamos conhecimento do horário de check-out. Os proprietários são secos, mal olham para nossa cara para desejar bom dia. Pedimos um sache Nespresso para tomarmos no quarto e o rapaz levou várias colheres,  o que demonstrou falta de atenção no pedido ou na transmissão do recado ao empregado. O hotel tem uma vista linda, mas devido a uma obra em frente ao hotel a grua enfeiava a vista. Enfim, sem dúvida, foi o pior e mais caro hotel que ficamos na Suíça. O Hotel sabe cobrar, mas não sabe  conceitos básicos de: capricho, higiene, hospitalidade e atenção com os clientes.
