Private: natural state property 1'600 m2, garden (not fenced), swimming pool (4 x 12 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover. Shop 6 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Prairies de la mer" 2.2 km, sandy beach "Plage de Grimaud" 3 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, sailing school 6 km. Nearby attractions: Parc d'Attractions Azur Park 6 km, Sainte Maxime 9 km, Saint Tropez 11 km, Plages de Pampelonne 15 km, Cannes 85 km, Nice 110 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Le lac de Sainte Croix 98 km. Hiking paths: Le Massif de l'Esterel 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Had a super relaxing time in a fully equipped house. The undisputed highlight was and is the pool, great size, very clean and with a spectacular view of the bay of St. Tropez at any time of the day or night.
