Arrived at carollia dream 11 in peyia on 22/6/25. Initial reaction from outside we were pleasantly surprised by the look and size of the villa. Inside was fairly clean and spacious. Excellent proximity to corol bay ***** and lovely see views from the upstairs balcony. Issues we had ... POOL was sort of cleaned once during our 10 night stay. What we noticed on out first day at the pool was the dirty water mark around the whole pool which was NOT cleaned when the pool guys turned up. They just filled the pool and threw some stuff in and told us not to use for 45 mins. 🤔 LIGHTS inside the pool do not work DANGEROUS if you have small children around and they wandered, you'd never see them in this pool it was so dark even with the outside lights on. POOL area has broken concrete which has been poorly maintained which could cause a nasty cut to the feet of little ones. Garden area untidy and not maintained. NEEDS screen across wall near carport to privatise pool area. BBQ... WELL WHAT CAN I SAY. .... we decided to stay in one evening and do BBQ and have a drink. The BBQis situated next to car port, NO LIGHTING. Carport light either turned off by owner or not connected this is DANGEROUS and needs sorting. No bedding change during whole 10 days, had to wash sheets myself. No cleaners during 10 days only to drop towels off. Every villa I have stayed in had cleaners and linen changed twice weekly. KITCHEN.. Well it has a cooker and oven, extraction does NOT work. Microwave wasn't working so had to let owner know and the cleaner brought new one. If it is a family staying on a budget then this villa DESPERATELY NEEDS More PANS all that here is a huge stew pan and one fry pan, COME ON NOW OWNERS PLEASE PROVIDE THE BASIC NECESSARY COOKING POTS. Luckily for us as 3 adults we ate out BUT some familys save all year for the villa experience with the aim of dining in then going out due to budget constraints... VILLA OWNER YOU CHARGE ENOUGH SO PLEASE PROVIDE WHATS REQUIRED AND GET THE SMOKE ALARMS SORTED we tested these and they DO NOT WORK. WE stay in villas all the time and do honest reviews for each one so PLEASE sort these issues or you may lose clientel because of these.

Bellissimo agriturismo vicino casa alle parte del Chianti dove abbiamo pranzato con amici. Cucina tradizionale toscana con ottimi ingredienti. Taglieri abbondanti e gustosi, perfetti da condividere, pici al cinghiale ben fatti. Personale cortese e non invadente, prezzo adeguato a qualità e location. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Room in very poor condition, the bed frame was jittering without even touching the bed. The noise of the cars passing by the road does not allow rest. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell about the bed conditions and noise from just a few photos of the room in internet, we noticed this only after the check-in. But beyond the precarious conditions of the room, the saddest thing about our experience was how the owners Federico and Leonardo mistreat their clients for not agreeing with them on the expected conditions of the accommodation. Instead of looking for a solution to reach a middle point of negotiation, they wash their hands saying that with their no "refund policy" there is nothing to do but stay in that room, or lose the total money for the reservation. After leaving the property, it was surprising to see comments from people complaining about the noise we noticed upon our arrival. Un addition, some other Bad comments of people who ended up staying because they didn't want to lose their reservation money. In our case we lost 3 days of accommodation. Although we tried to respectfully request a refund several times, these people just ignored and didn't reply to our message, when we called the first time and they heard our voice, they hung up on us. Then, they took the call and told us that we were wrong, that we were "ridiculous" and they threw the phone at us once again saying that they had no time to waste with our request.

We booked to eat dinner for Two Waiter was more interested in practicing his English despite my Husband being fluent in Italian. The decor is reminiscent of an incomplete project. Crushed concrete & weeds to loom is taking Rustic too far. Very limited Menu particularly in the desert menu. However the Ribs & Rabbit was tasty. The waitress was very attentive and professional. The owner hovering about should let the staff do there job.

Siamo stati accolti in questa villa immersa nella natura, dal gentilissimo Federico, persona molto alla mano che ci ha mostrato personalmente dove si trovasse la stanza, spiegandoci nei minimi dettagli il funzionamento di tutti i servizi. La stanza era molto carina, con motivi leggeri e verdi. Letti molto comodi, bagno molto funzionale. Sono rimasto stupito persino dalla scelta dello shampoo e del bagnodoccia all'uva. La vista è meravigliosa, fuori dalla villa è presente un piccolo giardino che si affaccia alle distese chiantigiane. Ci siamo divertiti anche semplicemente facendoci un giro presso i campi di proprietà Ulivello. Colazione meravigliosa, con scelta tra dolce e salato. Possibilità di mescolare i prodotti qualora si voglia assaggiare altro. Dimenticavo di aggiungere che la sera del nostro arrivo ci siamo fermati a cena, prima di coricarci. Abbiamo optato per un'opzione di gran degustazione, con portate di crostini, tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi e cantucci di produzione locale, tutte le portate accompagnate da 4 scelte di vini, completamente personalizzabili, ed il Vin Santo da accompagnare con i cantucci. Esperienza davvero meravigliosa, noi abbiamo optato per 4 tipi diversi di Chianti, dal più leggero a quello con più sostanza e più percentuale di Sangiovese. È stato molto interessante parlare con Federico del circondario, di Firenze e di ciò che vale la pena visitare. Che dire, ritorneremo sicuramente! Stare in Villa Ulivello è come sentirsi a casa, consigliato a chiunque!

La villa Marysol a Chia è un grande appartamento composto da tre camere e tre bagni( una stanza e un bagno si trovano nel seminterrato). Il posto è silenzioso e gradevole con delle pecche relative all'aria condizionata( mal funzionante) e ai sanitari un po' vetusti. Un bidet in una delle camere non era funzionante e non è stato possibile riparare il danno. L'aria condizionata in una camera funzionava male ed era assente in quella posta nel seminterrato. Il proprietario non è stato disponibile ad apportare modifiche ai guasti. Poca attenzione in generale alla manutenzione
