美憬閣格勒諾布爾公園飯店(Park Hôtel Grenoble - MGallery)

Un personnel aux petits soins dans tous les services, une décoration «retour d’expédition » très réussie avec profusion de miroirs, une chambre spacieuse et bien entretenue, un petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et finalement un parking public proche à prix négocié. Tout est réuni pour un séjour réussi. Merci au personnel qui assure un service de qualité pour le bien être du client ! Un hôtel à recommander !

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I hesitated between 4 and 5 stars, bust rest assured that if I had occasion to be back in Grenoble I’d happily stay here again. The good: The staff was absolutely lovely! Very nice, friendly, and helpful. I also liked the size of my room. I booked the largest room and was blown away by the amount of space! I especially loved the large walkout balcony and amazing views if the neighboring Parc Mistrel and surrounding mountains. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and I especially appreciated the large bathroom that was stocked with Clarins products. The living/dining area was great for entertaining and I loved relaxing in the loungers watching the TV at night before bed. I also appreciated all of the 1968 Olympic decor. Location was also nice as we were no more than a lovely 15 minute walk from the gare, tourist sites, and there was a grocery store right around the corner. The not so good: The hotel is showing its age and is in need of a remodel. It’s been a while since I’ve stayed in a hotel where an actual key is required to open the door. The biggest issue I faced was the WiFi. On the day I arrived, the WiFi would only reliably connect from the living/dining room; if I were in the bedroom area it would connect. By around the last two days, the WiFi was completely broken and wouldn’t reliably connect anywhere in the room. This was not a huge problem as I did not NEED WiFi but the last night we were there we couldn’t even connect the TV to the WiFi (so no Netflix, YouTube, etc.). I did not partake in any of the food options offered by the hotel even though breakfast was included in my rate.

Hotel in centro a Grenoble , gestito da personale molto cortese e professionale . Purtroppo la stanza era un po’ piccolina e anche se sono un cliente platino non ho potuto usufruire dell’ upgrade in quanto l hotel risultava ‘fully booked’. La colazione mi ha davvero positivamente sorpreso per la qualità e la varietà di tutti i prodotti che ho avuto l’opportunità di assaggiare . Perfetto per lavoro .

Dommage de ne pas avoir manger sur place. Concernant le petit déjeuner il faut s’y rendre je pense dès 7h30 car après y’a du monde et le personnel est complètement perdu , il manque des choses , obligé de réclamer du thé , des jus de fruits … impossible également le soir de boire un verre au bar après 23h30 alors que nous sommes sur place. En résumé : l’hôtel donne envie de passer un bon moment ! ….et quand on voit l’envers du décor ça ne reflète pas la beauté de l’hôtel !!! Dommage ! Je reviendrai sûrement pas .

Une très belle surprise que ce Park Hôtel Grenoble entièrement rénové avec goût. Une chambre de taille modeste mais où les volumes sont mis en valeur au travers du miroir et d'un mobilier de belle facture telle cette malle aux allures belle époque. Une salle de bain où tout a sa juste place. Un soin apporté au dressage de la chambre qu'il faut souligner et d'une propreté extrême. Superbes literie et linge de nuit. Une équipe d'accueil au top....même si un peu débordée vu le succès du Zèbre 😊 Le tout à un tarif très correct. Bravo à tous pour ces aménagements et cette prestation

This hotel was such a delight to stay in. Modern, sophisticated and very comfortable. Every luxury you might want - a mini fridge is offered empty, allowing you to store your own drinks . Free bottled water. Wonderful walk in shower. Extremely comfortable bedding. Friendly and informative staff. A beautiful bar to relax in after a day walking Grenoble. No parking on site, but the instructions that directed us to the nearest car park worked well. Location perfect, next to a beautiful park, close to tram stations and within walking distances of the centre of Grenoble. We stayed 2 nights in a Classic Room, and were extremely happy with it. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Un magnifique hôtel situé en bordure du parc Paul Mistral à Grenoble. Un très bel établissement à la façade quelconque (c’est une spécificité des façades grenobloises) mais à l’intérieur, on découvre une superbe ambiance « historique » qui tranche avec celle des chaînes hôtelières même de qualité. Des chambres très bien agencées à la décoration cosy et de très bon goût. Une mention particulière pour la literie exceptionnelle : à 64 ans j’ai passé les deux nuits les plus confortables de mon existence ! Un bar lounge aux fauteuils très confortables et au service impeccable : un cocktail signature que je n’oublierai pas de sitôt. Deux petits déjeuners pris dans ce magnifique hôtel. Le premier matin (samedi) un sans faute tant en qualité des produits (des mets !) mis à disposition que du service. Le lendemain matin (dimanche) beaucoup de monde et un manque flagrant d’anticipation sur les mets proposés avec énormément de manquants mais grâce au dévouement des serveurs, nous avons fini par obtenir tout ce que nous désirions et toujours avec une très belle qualité. Sur le moment c’est désagréable mais les serveurs ont parfaitement géré la situation y compris lorsque je leur ai fait remarquer que la corbeille de pains variés sortant du four venait d’être accaparée par un client qui pensait sans doute qu’elle lui était réservée… Malheureusement c’est la rançon des établissements sélects d’être visités par des clients sans gêne aucune… Une expérience dont nous retiendrons un magnifique établissement au service très attentionné, à la literie extraordinaire, servant au petit déjeuner des produits d’excellente qualité et au rapport qualité - prix satisfaisant.

Good location, although parking deck was a walk with very tight parking spaces and it was a walk back to hotel. The way hotel situated on street corner made it hard to unload luggage. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The room was warm so they sent up a fan. Not sure it’s worth the cost as expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Also wenn ihr mal in ein Hotel gehen möchtet, dass einfach überhaupt keinen Wert auf Dienstleistung legt, dann seid ihr hier genau richtig! Bei der Ankunft um 12.00 Uhr wollten wir lediglich unser Gepäck abgeben, weil wir wussten, dass wir erst um 15.00 Uhr einchecken konnten. Die Dame am Empfang liess mich nicht mal ausreden und teilte mir äusserst unfreundlich mit, dass ich um 15.00 Uhr wieder kommen soll... Wäre ich länger als einen Tag in Grenoble geblieben, hätte ich bereits hier das Hotel gewechselt. Beim Auschecken am nächsten Tag wurde ich dann noch der Betrügerei bezichtigt... Obwohl kein Frühstück genommen und Beweisfotos gezeigt, dass wir in der Stadt unseren Kaffee eingenommen haben, bestand erneut besagte Dame darauf, dass wir das Frühstück bezahlen müssten. Angenehme Sache, wenn andere Gäste mitbekommen, dass wir angeblich die Zeche prellen wollten... Erst nachdem die zuständige Person aus dem Frühstücksraum dazu kam und festhielt, dass wir NICHT im Hotel gefrühstückt hätten, wurde dann die Rechnung entsprechend korrigiert.... So kann man Gäste auch vergraulen. Genau so weiter machen Leute (Ironie off...)
