格林尼治J之屋飯店(The J House Greenwich Hotel)

Comfortable clean rooms. Should have free EV chargers. Looks like paid option is coming. (Paid is a 1 star idea for a 500$/night room ). Rooms are clean and mattresses are very good.

Parking was confusing due to private event valet service. Room was great BUT the the hard floors allowed TOO MUCH SOUND to carry to us from the adjacent room. And the automatic shade on our window was broken.

We love staying at the J. house. It’s clean, very professional and free breakfast and parking.

It’s a great, clean and free breakfast. Everyone is very kind and thoughtful.

Super Covid clean. Even tv remotes were sanitized and wrapped. Greeted with Complimentary Prosecco and upgrade to king size. Garden bar was fun and Tony’s restaurant was a fantastic place to wine and dine my clients.

All of the staff were wonderful. From check-in to room service to pool attendants to restaurant staff. Greatly appreciated.

We arrived the Christmas evening and i was happy with the check out and willingness to provide a late check out. The hotel is lovely and the are thoughtful design elements and room is controlled by smart technology. I like that the bathroom is well lit and has a tv. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom and bath linens. I pulled 2 different towels to use for my shower and both had long hairs in them. They were 2 different colors so it appears that it was not a random occurrence. I also notice some small hairs on the floor. I have a thing about hair so I inspect the bathroom and sheets of every hotel I stay in. Overall pleasant stay and I would return but if I had arrived earlier I would have requested that they reclean the bathroom.

We have stayed here before and loved it. Since that time is has become less of a hotel and more of an add-on to Tony's Restaurant. The valets and partyers are loud until 2:00AM-regardless of where your room is. If you try to park your car in the lot in front of the hotel, the valets tell you to park in the lower lot and they are rude about it. "Their" parking lot is for the restaurant only. Our friend was in a two room suite near the door and people could see directly into their room from the hotel and the parking lot. The fixtures in the rooms are still good but looking beat up. The toilets are still the fanciest available. If you are more than just a couple, the fancy glass wall bathrooms are not a fit and offer no privacy. The restaurant has a great atmosphere but its crowded and the food and service are inconsistent. If you are eating there-order steak.
