Was an easy booking and great stay

They doubled charged me try to get it straightened out with them

One night in Greenville for a show at the Peace Center - very easy walk there. Welcoming staff. Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Parking was only $7 per night. Walkable to a whole bunch of places to eat. Comfortable, quiet, and well-staffed bar. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property 3 or 4 times over the past few years and this was the first time I've ever had an uncomfortable bed. There was a huge dip in it suggesting it may need to be replaced. We were in Room 1013

Great hotel to stay in. Clean, cozy and walking distance to everything. Even the bar in the hotel is a fun late night place.

I really liked the property and will absolutely stay with you again, looking forward to it being finished. I'd love to try the pool, lounge area, gym, & front door

Great location in downtown Greenville. They are renovating the lobby/bar area and elevators — Which is good because the hotel looks like it’s a bit worn.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Property and room was very nice. I was disappointed that the hotel is going through renovations that kept us from enjoying most of the amenities and it wasn’t communicated via email nor through check in process from front desk.

Check in was wonderful!! Every employee we encountered was suberb. Will definitely stay again!!
