I'm not sure what's happened to Marriott's Courtyard brand, but this hotel was a real disappoin**ent. The seams of the cushion on the sofa were noticeably pulling apart. The sofa itself was nearly impossible to sit on it was SO uncomfortable. There was very little selection in the Bistro. I thought we had made a wrong turn, and we ended up on Ukraine. According to *******, where I made my reservation, breakfast was included in the price. When I asked the desk person about this, she just said, "We don't do complementary breakfast. We can't control what ******* says." REALLY!? A brand like Marriott has not say with *******? I find that hard to believe, and if true, Marriott should leave the "fold."
