Cute apartment, great service We had a great stay at this apartment in Greensboro! The space was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for downtown events This place was a bit rundown but for the price, we were not disappointed. It’s an upstairs apartment with a pretty rickety railing. It was clean except for the carpet. The double size bed was like an old fashioned featherbed, soft which I liked. Scott, the owner, was nice and texted right back when we needed something. It was a great location for our time at the NCFolkFest and other downtown wanderings. (Loved Greensboro’s Historical Museum, a must go see!)

Wonderful Host The host, Scott, was extremely helpful with making sure our check-in process was a smooth as possible. He maintained steady communication when needed and made sure that the property was to our standards when we arrived. Highly recommend!
