This was our second stay at Aqua Vista. We love the property. The house is recently renovated and everything is brand new. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is located close to the beach and center of the town with all of the restaurants. The property manager is a great host. We enjoyed our visit to the fullest.

Weekend Getaway
Very cozy and clean. So close to town. The host put together a book of all the local spots making it easy to know where to go. Excellent communication as well. Would def stay again.

Great apartment in Greenport village
We’ve been to Greenport many times and have been looking for a comfortable place to stay. We have found it. The location is a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops. The place is newly renovated and comfortably furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a nice deck. The only downside to the location is that the street is where the line forms for Shelter Island ferry so there is more traffic than you’d expect for a residential street. It’s not particularly noisy, but a bus does run to the ferry, so it is noticeable. The LIRR station is about a block away so there are train horns a few times per day (including about 6 am on weekdays) but it wasn’t a big problem. Highly recommend the property.

Perfect place to stay!
Place was very clean and easy to access. Great location for anyone staying in the area. Host was easy to talk to and very helpful in finding places nearby to visit.

Bright cozy apartment
My sister and I stayed at Aqua Vista
the last weekend in October. The weather was amazing. The house is located just a block form the ferry to Shelter Island and a couple of blocks to all the shops in Greenport.The apartment was clean well equipped and well maintained. Located in a lovely area close to all the shops. We would definitely stay there again .
