Pretty average at best. Paid extra for breakfast through ********** and then were told by the hotel that it was a "continental" only which was free with every room. Paid again for eggs benedict which took 40 mins to serve and was very disappointing.
Stairs at the entrance not very useful for people with suitcases... ramp access, only if you have a key card? The large suite we booked had a lovely coffee machine... no coffee for it though.
Sadly the bed was soggy and uncomfortable. Clock radio with iPhone plug didn't work. Sofa was stained and drawn on.
As ********** gold members we are allowed an extra 2 hours for checkout, unfortunately we had to argue with the staff that they were not to charge us an extra $30 for one of the two hours.
Pretty disappointing all around. I'd say you get what you pay for but we paid Hotel prices for this room... it was large I have to admit... Not quite a silver lining.
Bottom line, don't stay here, there are better options available. We wont be back.
