We had a wedding at The Villa Wrea but couldn't get a room there for the Friday night as well as the Saturday so we booked in here instead. The room was small but very clean and tidy. Perfect location for a pit-stop if you're travelling through the area, etc. I arrived at 6pm and needed to check-in quickly and head out to join my family for dinner at 6:30pm. Staff were super efficient as well as very friendly and accommodating when I explained my hurry and that my husband would be arriving very late due to work commitments. Shame there isn't breakfast available on site but we nipped out to a nearby Starbucks before getting suited up and checking out. Would definitely use them again if we find ourselves in the area.

We visited as we had tickets to the BBC Radio 2 in the park, we booked for two nights (Sat & Sun). The lady on the reception was warm and welcoming, bent over backwards to help with taxi bookings. The room was a family room, basis but clean and functional. There is plenty of parking, and a pub/restaurant next door. Great value for more and would happily stay again - thank you for a good stay!

Easy to find, parking available, easy check in, good value for price, nice sized rooms with all facilities as promised. Wonderful staff friendly and helpful, especially Cassie who went above and beyond when she tried to fix my TV on my arrival as it wasn't working. I told her that I wanted to watch the football (Euro's) so she rang the pub next door to see if they were showing it. She said she try and sort out my TV while I was gone and would get in touch with someone if she couldn't. She then popped into the pub to say she fixed it. She also help me get a taxi on my departure as my car had broken down and I had to go and sort it out. Will definitely book again.

We stayed here all the staff were amazing and the hotel was clean. The towels in the rooms were changed each day. The receptionists Colette and Nicholas also the Housekeeper Sandra were all very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The location is very good close to the motorway.

Poor experience, room was accessible for someone at over 6 foot it’s not ideal to have a bed on the floor and everything extremely low down. To top it all, there was zero soap in the hand dispensers and shower with in my opinion is extremely basic stuff to get right!

The bedroom was small with broken furniture and mould in the shower. No effort was made to repair the furniture and no offer of an alternative room until it was too late. Housekeeping left dirty cups and insufficient towels for two guests during this four night stay. Accommodation directed at those working in the area.

Two nights while attending a wedding nearby, ideal stopping place. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. TV was a bit dated but served its purpose. Highlight was the shower, no issue with pressure, could easily stay in it all day lol

Stayed here over the Xmas period. We stay here regularly as we have family near by. Place is starting to get tired. As are any guests that stay here , mattress was terrible springs sticking into your back and very uncomfortable matched with pillows as thick as slight of bread. Come on management , your staff keeps room lovely and clean get some maintenance done and upgrade a little, rooms and beds still same as was in premier inn days

Lovely friendly staff, slept very comfortably, decor is a bit outdated, and there's no breakfast/eatery on site, plus the walls are a bit thin, so I could hear other occupants but overall it was a good stay and budget friendly.., it did the job!
