斯威爾優選旅館(First Choice Inn at the Swell)

I was very disappointed with the stay in Green River, I chose First Choice Inns, because we wanted a Hotel with a indoor swimming pool. It was closed due to remolding it. If I had known I would not have paid the full price and registered for another place. I would like to get a parcel refund.

I paid extra for this stay due to it having a hottub and pool. Upon arrival, I was told that the hottub/pool area was being rebuilt, and wouldn't be available for "quite some time". The water faucet in the tub in the bathroom didn't work (no water), the stopper in the sink was disconnected, the sheets and pillowcases were stained, and the breakfast was the worst I've ever had - unedible. I asked for a refund and was refused.

We paid more to stay at this property because they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Upon arriving, we asked how long the pool was open at night, and were told that it was being renovated and it and the hot tub were not open. The renovation will take "a long time". No apology was offered by the front desk clerk. Other things - the sheets and a pillow case were stained. The drain in the bathroom was broken.

Disappointing that the Hottub wasn't working....it would be nice if when that happens hotels could make alternate plans with another hotel in the area to use their hottub (had a hotel in Tahoe do that!!!)....great Breakfast tho !!!

The property is great, but we did not stay on the dates ******* says we booked and got charged in full as a no show. I had to change the dates for our stay to the following weekend yet ******* FAILED TO NOTIFY THE PROPERTY!!!! ******* is claiming it was not their fault and just ignores all requests for correction. Do NOT book through *******, deal directly with the property you of your choice. You can use them for information but do NOT ever book through them. I have used them before and had no issues but if you ever encounter an issue they will offer no help.

Very pricey, and it was not clean, no toiletries. Brochure in room said coffee and tea served in lobby 24hours...we went to grab some and the front desk said they only serve it for breakfast. Fridge in room was very dirty inside.

We were given a room that had not been cleaned. We walked into a room with dirty towels on the floor and a disheveled bed on the day we checked in. Eventually we were given a different room.

The window cover was sealed shut so we couldn’t see outside and the carpet in our room smelled terrible. The complimentary breakfast was poor and one of the two luggage carts had deflated wheels, which made it very hard to manage. The hotel itself seemed old and in need of maintenance.
