There was no cold water in the shower. The water was so hot we could not get in the water at all without burning our skin. The woman that makes breakfast was very rude to myself and my husband. She was very polite and professional to my mom and dad who were in line in front of us. When myself and my husband stepped up to order she was very rude and judgmental. The food was not very good and they were unable to make two out of five actual cooked breakfast meals they offered. The front desk woman was very polite and kind. She was the best part of the experience. Thank you!

The common areas and guest room are very nice. While the room was nicely furnished and clean for the most part, the bathroom floor needed to be washed. Also, one of the light bulbs above the bathroom vanity had to be removed because it was blinking on and off, the tissue box was empty, and there was no hair dryer - disappointing for such a nice hotel!

Pulled off for the night on way back to Canada due to a family illness - totally unplanned trip Staff were SUPER friendly - helpful We didn’t even have to go out - small bistro / bar right on sight Felt safe - homey and very comfortable Thanks folks !!!

The staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The manager on property on December 18 was so accommodating when I had to cancel my additional overnight booking due to inclement weather. Our room and the lobby looked very clean and up-to-date decor wise. The pool area was a little rough though. The phone to reach the front desk didn’t appear to work, and partially fell off the wall when I tried to use it to ask for more towels. The switch for the hot tub jet timer looked like a bit of a safety hazard too.

Excellent. My favorite part was the fire pit. But they removed the outdoor couches and put in tables and chairs. Not as conducive to relaxation. Also would be nice if they had coffee for all.

First the pros…..very nice room and every staff member was friendly and polite. Now the cons…….the site said there would be bottled water in the room. Not true. Said there was a safe. Not true. My biggest gripe is that there was no complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby, even in the morning for travelers to start their day. You could buy a cup of coffee or a breakfast. This hotel seemed to try to Nickle and dime you on everything. I just think when you stay at a place that at least you can get a cup of coffee to start the day. There was a coffee maker in the room, but who cares? As I said before, room was great. I would not stay here again though.

The hotel was clean and comfortable all the amenities we expected. The only sour note was the breakfast we had purchased as part of our stay. The breakfast was a Starbucks concession inside the hotel that provided a cup of coffee and a bagel or muffin. My husband ate a banana and was told he owed a dollar! The second morning the staff member was very unpleasant and informed us that we were only entitled to breakfast for one person not two! We went out for breakfast. The third morning (Nov 14th) the desk manager on duty stepped in and provided us with an excellent breakfast . He was very courteous and apologetic and we appreciated it.

Ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice and check in was quick and easy. The lobby was clean and inviting. Our rooms were easy to find. The only thing in the room I saw that would need attention were the curtains. It looked like a water stain or maybe someone spilled something on it. It was fine nonetheless. The fridge didn’t seem to get too cold but that may have been user error. I wasn’t sure if I needed to dial it up or down. The only bad experience was the following morning for breakfast. I had paid to include breakfast for the 2 rooms in my party. We get to the Bistro at 9:22, breakfast ends at 10. We see a lady walk to the back, then she must have exited a side door and walked out past us to go outside…I’m assuming to smoke. So we are just standing at the counter waiting for her to come back, so after about 15 minutes she comes back. We order, sit down, and eat. She brings a bill. I informed her I paid for the food to be included. She went to check and said I only got 1 free breakfast per room. She said she was would just charge me for the cereal and a bagel. “Sure” I said. She goes back to her computer and we wait even more for our revised bill. After about 10 minutes we go to the counter, mind you we are the only people at this time and have been the entire time this occurred. We asked about paying so we can leave and she’s like “oh you’re fine, you had free breakfast for all rooms”…that was kind of annoying. Overall, I would stay here again.

This was the most amazing 👏 property ever. Staff were super kind and room was very clean. Thank you for such an experience
