It was really relaxing, the kids and i really enjoyed the pool. Overall very nice stay!

The check in was easy. However I always check for bed bugs before settling in. As soon as we walked in I shined my light on the headboard and there was a bed bug just hanging out. I went to front desk asap, was not in the room for more than a minute and requested a refund. The manager was understanding, didn’t seemed surprised, I’m sure this happens a lot but I was not able to stay there after seeing the bed bug.

Bed was rock hard. Had a gaggle of young girls playing in the elevators.. Causing one if not both to not work. Requested a late checkout when booked. Was told they have 100 checkins coming Monday therefore they dont do late checkouts? Booked pay cash at hotel and they tried charging credit card at checkout.

The location was perfect being in downtown Greenbay with clean room and pool. I chose it specifically for the EV charging availability but none of the 5 chargers were working which was the biggest inconvenience since it made my return trip in my EV nearly double the time to get there. Another inconvenience was that the rooms do not have microwaves in the room and it is a bit of a trip to the front lobby if you happen to be on the ends of the upper floors.

Parking is ridiculous on the weekends. It’s not nice enough of a hotel to put up with the pain of parking

Great hotel, parking is different but perfectly fine. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent.

The location was great, just a 12 minute drive to Lambeau Field. Didn't have any issues with our stay at the hotel. The reason for the four stars is because the hotel could use a remodel. In my opinion, it's a little outdated.
