羅徹斯特機場萬豪飯店的評論

我在這家酒店住得很愉快。飯店位置便利，靠近機場，出遊非常方便。大廳裡有一架鋼琴，我的孩子特別喜歡彈奏──這讓人倍感溫馨舒適。所有員工都非常友善，讓我們在整個入住期間都感到賓至如歸。總而言之，這是一次輕鬆愉快的體驗，我非常樂意再次入住。

比較老舊，不是每天打掃房間，需要你跟前台request才能打掃換毛巾床單倒垃圾這些，給的理由是為了環保。housekeeper大多不會英文衹會西班牙語，溝通困難。酒店裡完全不能吸煙，這個要格外注意，否則罰款250美元。酒店唯一便利是地理位置，去哪都近，當然前提是你自己有車。

第一次拿到未打掃房間，全是煙味，半夜遭到酒店惡意扣費

房間安靜整潔，服務熱情，很好的選擇！

Good price and right near the airport.

Accommodations were adequate, however we entered with a PIF account and $561.00 was held against my account. I had to have 2 discussions with front desk. I’ve yet to see it resolved

I stay two nights here and good counter & housekeeping services.

Had a great stay and the front desk staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. Only issue was paid for room service for breakfast and there were no menu to order from the room service .
