其它的都還好，就是床睡的不舒服

Accommodations were adequate, however we entered with a PIF account and $561.00 was held against my account. I had to have 2 discussions with front desk. I’ve yet to see it resolved

I stay two nights here and good counter & housekeeping services.

Stayed here for a stay-cation and it was no good. The room had no remote, the restaurant food was terrible and cold, the side of the bed I slept on was sinking in which led to a terrible back ache when I got up and then the bath tub was clogged and filing up as I showered. Couldn't use the pool either. Pretty crappy stay for almost 200 bucks.

It was a decent stay for what we needed, which was a bed in a safe hotel for one night. The hotel has a noticeable need of renovation and updating. There was water leaking on the ground in our hotel room, not really sure from where. It was clean and check-in was smooth.

The bed in our king room was so old it was caving in the middle. Also, in the morning, there was no coffee in the lobby!! Would not reccomend this location.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Friendly staff. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious and reasonable. I highly recommend.

Our bathtub drain wasn't working and it kept flooding. Other than that, it was really nice.

Quick business trip and wanted to stay near airport. Hotel is a little older but has everything you needed and was clean

The pool was not working no warning at all not even in app so I felt obligated to stay and I wanted a refund my kids and family was very upset and disappointed it was a waste of time i couldn’t sleep at night

The staff were rude and also woke me up while cleaning room across hall at 9am laughing and yelling on her phone

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I’ve always enjoyed my stay however this time I’m very disappointed. I paid extra to have a “concierge” room which was described as having a “separate bedroom” When I went to my room I noticed the room was identical to the basic rooms I’ve stayed in previously. It was very important to me to have the extra space as I’m traveling with a toddler and newborn, when my husband spoke to the staff about the issue they told him they were out of larger rooms and that there was nothing they could do about it. End of discussion.

Room service breakfast was horrendous!!! Should’ve an embarrassment! I have video if you want proof!!!!! Unexceptionable

I made my reservation through ******* and the hotel front desk still charged me 50.00 per night (a total of 150.00 for my three nights). I was extremely disappointed with that. And because my reservation was through ******* - I was told I couldn't receive the complimentary breakfast - as I didn't pay standard room rates. I will not be back. There really is no incentive to return. Also the shower curtains are too narrow - and the bathroom floors get wet - and the bottom of the bathroom door is rotting in Room 405.
