No phone in the room, no geyser facility for bath, third class food, staff behaviour is terrible and very very rude, on reception staff sat in a old and diary clothes. No sense how to talk with customers. I suggest don’t take this hotel even they give big offer. All staff have different words for same thing. Don’t take this hotel room even they offer free.

Raksha Suits is great for long stays with family and if you are looking for service apartment. Location is good though greater Noida needs to fix the road patch in front of the property. Breakfast is simply great. Staff at breakfast, from desk team led by Vaishnavi Soni & Kamal are all very courteous and maintain highest standards of hospitality. Special mention for the Service & housekeeping team that supported us. They are extremely courteous, very organized, thorough and super-efficient. Their names are Darshan, Himanshu.

We visited first time this hotel it was a nice hotel we stayed in rooms. Room was very spacious and clean and we had dinner in flavors restaurant we enjoyed all kind food specially Indian that was nice service was great staff was very caring thankful to mr jairam restaurant manager.

It was great stay at Raksha Suites, Property is built nicely and all the rooms are need & clean and spacious to, the food was very delicious and banquet was also good nice hospitality and easy to find its near knowledge park 2 metro station only 2 mint walking distance. Definitely recommend this property.
