Happy stay and really love it. Staffs are friendly and rooms are perfect. Con: heater isn’t working in the room so it’s a bit cold

Perfect location and such good value for money. The men at reception on our arrival and when we left were both so friendly and helpful. Great facilities, all very clean. Family room was an excellent size. Even slept adults on the pop up beds and all slept well. Quiet and got great quality sleep. Very powerful shower! All around a perfect stop off before our flight.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. Couldn’t hear any noise from outside or neighbors. Good water pressure and excellent temperature of the water. The heater of the room was working fine, since the room stayed nice and warm even though it was cold outside. I really recommend this location as an excellent option to stay in Dunmow.

Poor Travelodge experience. Parking is non existent if you arrive in the evening as this hotel has a lot of contractors and builders staying all the time with large vans and trailers taking up majority of spaces. One thought he was so important he was taking up x6 parking spaces with a van and trailer parked across all 6. Another x4 and so on with many others. …hence when you arrive in the evening although there are enough spaces built for the hotel there are not enough due to the inconsiderate selfish parking. Not good enough and is a recurring problem here with nothing done about it but management already aware of it. Surely take guests vehicle reg numbers and if they take more than 1 space go wake them up and get them to move? I won’t book again here due to this issue

When we arrived the lady on reception, sorry I didn't get her name, was so lovely. She was very accommodating, we asked for a top floor room which she gave us. She had such a lovely manner about her, very helpful and friendly. This is our 2nd visit and will definitely come again. Thank you Travelodge for having such lovely staff.

The hotel is perfectly situated just a 10/15:minute drive from Stansted. The team are excellent and the stay is always enjoyable! Great little bar area to unwind in after a long drive down from home. Rooms are comfortable and definitely value for money.

Soggiorno pessimo.... Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura perché avevamo un volo da Stansted al mattino presto. Il receptionist dell'albergo non è stato in grado di trovare un taxi per arrivare all'aeroporto entro le 5.30, impensabile che una struttura che dista dieci minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto non sia organizzata per dare questo servizio Siamo stati costretti a lasciare l'albergo alle 20.30 per recarci con un taxi all'aeroporto al costo di 45 sterline e a dormire per terra con due bambini. Una vergogna. Sconsigliatissimo......

Good, clean, comfortable place to stay. Auston was very friendly and helpful, took good care of our needs. Bar had a fair bit of choices of drinks, and food was lovely. Close to Standstead airport. Had a good sleep overnight before our holiday. Would go back again.

Highly recommended hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food was delicious and had a variety of options. I would definitely stay here again!
