Everything you expect from a Premier Inn. Clean room, comfortable bed. It is beside a main road, as most premier Inn’s are, but the noise is to a minimum. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a location on the road outside of Durham, look no further. Would come again.

Warm welcome by the lady at the desk on Friday 21st Feb. it was a nice touch by one of the ladies to have some treats for the family/kids in the room, something nice not seen at a Premier Inn before. Overall stay was fine. Usual Premier Inn experience, a little dated compared to others we’ve been to.

Wow the worse premier inn I've been to. Room smells and had mould everywhere, very dirty and out of date. Had hair and dust all over the place Only positive thing was the staff at reception. .............................................

Sue was lovely on Reception, very attentive gave us all the information we would need. The restaurant across the road was great too, rooms spacious as always and clean! No issues at all with anything, a delightful stay. Thank you for the treats!

Lovely welcome and we were allowed to put our bags in early so we could get to the local football match on time. Our room was warm and clean and also quiet as we were on the back side of the road so a decent nights sleep was had. Parking right outside couldn’t fault it. Pub across the yard serving food all day.

Lovely stay here at premier inn newton aycliffe. Warm and very clean room, very helpful and friendly receptionist. Hungry horse pub with a fantastic breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful hotel with no disturbance from traffic. Best premier inn ive stayed in!
