很棒的體驗!!這是我第一次獨自開車離開我的家人,我在這裏的住宿非常棒!不得不從酒吧喝一杯,尼克是酒吧服務員,他爲我做了很棒的雞尾酒飲料。客戶服務非常好!!還會再住這裏!!

首先,我們的房間很乾淨,很舒服。現在不好了; 1)我們訂了一間臥室的套房,被放在一個工作室裏。 AGM Ja ' Mario 告訴我們,有幾個飛行員不得不延長,晚上11點退房,我們的房間在早上準備好第一件事。早上930,我們被告知我們的房間準備好了。我上去,收拾好,把一切都拿下來。只是被告知,對不起,你的房間還沒有準備好。終於在上午11:56準備好了。2)不要坐在熱水浴缸的邊緣,你會受到來自小黑螞蟻的攻擊裂縫的。

Since the company that manages this location, Aimbridge Hospitality rotated the current GM and AGM here, the management professionalism and hotel cleanliness are appalling! Unprofessional Management Team: I was told that both the GM and the AGM were named Chris, and the way they treated my 65-year-old mother was unacceptable! My mother was disrespected by a ”sassy”, unprofessional Asian American or South American who was not wearing a nametag for identification. I took a picture of this unidentifiable and unprofessional manager during one of his interactions with my mother to capture his blatant ignorance of professionalism and decorum. Room and hotel grounds: I have attached multiple pictures that show the dirty, stained hallway carpeting riddled with multiple cockroaches and other bugs. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.” (see pictures) Outside the exit door by the gym is a bee hive forming with active bees swarming around. (see pictures) Behind the couch in the room was a pile of some type of insect that were not living. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.”(see pictures) I know this is a pet-friendly hotel, but the smell of pet dander is extremely strong because housekeeping doesn't use pet cleaning solutions when guests with pets check out. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.” Again, since the new management team was switched out, the quality of service is nonexistent and the cleanliness is that of a Motel 6 quality.

My family of four stayed in a two bedroom, two bath suite for three nights. I was apprehensive to stay at the hotel (it was part of room block of a large event we attended) given the many negative reviews however our stay was great and we would happily return. We stayed in the two bedroom, two bath suite and found it very clean upon our arrival. The room looked exactly like the Homewood-submitted pictures on the website though the televisions are now probably 50” instead of 27”. Most of the furniture in the family room was new. While the refrigerator was on the older side, it was very clean on the inside and kept our food and beverages cold... Front desk staff was very friendly... Breakfast was well managed by staff however the hot food was just average but can't beat the price (included in cost of room)!... There are some rooms with portable air conditioners due to maintenance issues, we asked not to be placed in said rooms and were not... Nice lobby area on par with other hotels in its class.

我在這個位置有兩個房間,兩個都是雙人大牀房413和415。兩個房間都很乾淨,我對房間沒有任何抱怨。一個房間看起來確實比另一個大--根據我女兒的說法。牀非常舒適。一個非常好的人給我們帶來了毛巾,並拿走了我們的髒毛巾。我在那裏時不需要打掃房間。工作人員非常友好。我唯一的抱怨是圍繞早餐工作人員。整個早餐區只有一台鹽和胡椒粉搖壺,我問過了,早餐服務員告訴我的。奇怪的是,Covid仍然相關,酒店將只提供單個鹽/胡椒粉振動器供所有客人使用。購買單個使用包是不可能的?在Covid之前的所有鹽和胡椒粉振動器都發生了什麼?我住過好幾家萬豪酒店,這絕對是我第一次被告知酒店只提供單台搖牀。在我第二天的早餐中,搖牀不在早餐排隊--有人拿走了。我向服務員要了另一瓶,她給我帶來了胡椒粉。沒有鹽。我再次問,她終於給我帶來了鹽。我的建議是買更多的搖壺,或者回去用鹽/胡椒紙包。即使沒有Covid的威脅,每個人使用相同的搖牀也是相當討厭的,因爲有些人仍然不洗手。早餐本身...不是很棒。它並不可怕,但本來可以更好。炒雞蛋很硬--據我孫女說。有塊蛋奶還行。他們提供不同的麪包、穀類食品、水果和酸奶、果汁和牛奶。第二天,他們吃的是煮雞蛋、炒雞蛋和香腸,還有不同的麪包、水果等。他們兩天都喝咖啡,但沒有奶油牛奶。總的來說,早餐打折,這是一次很棒的住宿。酒店就在購物中心(步行即可)和Bass Pro Shop(步行也方便)的對面,附近還有相當多的快餐店-就在購物中心前面加上購物中心的美食廣場。對任何人來說都是個好地方。

I have stayed here before with my mother and had a good experience. I was told they are going to remodel as the hotel has been outdated, but they have not. All that they have done was paint the exterior. The hotel has front desk employees ONLY at the Courtyard side with NO EMPLOYEES on the TownePlace side to monitor pedestrians coming in and out of the doors on that side of the hotel which is a SECURITY RISK! I saw some ”characters” coming and going that were clearly up to no good as one could not stop fidgeting with themselves and the other was chewing at something that was not in his mouth, clearly a sign of someone on narcotics. Sure they will claim to have CAMERAS, but ALL businesses have cameras, but having actual employees to report things to in close proximity allows one to feel SAFE AND SECURE while at their hotel. For the hotel being as outdated for a TownePlace as this one is, they do a decent job upkeeping the rooms. I had 2 issues during my stay: 1.) A guest was openly smoking in their room which is a violation of the ”hotel policy.” and I was told by someone at the Courtyard front desk, ”We will have housekeeping investigate the hallway.” The hallway? You MUST knock on a door and have the guest open the door to CONFIRM the guest is in violation of your hotel policy, NOT simply walking the hallway. The hotel doors are heavy and well-isolated. I offered to have them enter my room to confirm and smell it for themselves and was told, ”Housekeeping will walk over and take a look.” I have asthma and upper respiratory issues so smoking makes it very uncomfortable and hard to breathe. Why is the hotel's ONLY remedy to this situation was to have me move rooms when they can remove someone for violating health regulations and their own hotel policy? How about getting one of the managers sitting in the back office to investigate and actually knock on the doors of the 2 rooms on either side of my room to FIND the violator and actually ADDRESS THE ISSUE? Management and the employees at the Courtyard front desk could careless nor be bothered to help a guest find solace. 2.) Roaches. Multiple roaches were in my room. I was only able to get a picture of one (please see picture). Was there ANY form of remedy/compensation for the roaches? HELL NO! ”Someone will be available to spray tomorrow” was the ONLY response received from the Courtyard front desk employees. I made sure to contact the Courtyard front desk to have an employee come and see for a fact that there were roaches in my room both times. I understand bugs and roaches are normal in Texas. But when it is MORE THAN ONE and there was NO form of remedy/compensation for the dirty conditions brought by roaches and bugs tracking all over the room was disheartening. Again, the general, ”No one cares nor cares to be bothered” was my only attitude from the hotel staff
