葡萄藤-DFW機場西北溫德姆速8飯店(Super 8 by Wyndham Grapevine/DFW Airport Northwest)

El hotel está en mal estado, estuve 2 noches el colchón súper aguado no aguanto la espalda en este momento, la habitación con un olor insoportable, me tuve que dormir con una playera en la cara para poder aguantar el olor, pedimos de manera atenta que se cambiara la habitación y no aceptaron, la peor experiencia que e tenido con un hotel, ni a mi peor enemigo se lo recomendaría

There was no air conditioning in the hallways of the hotel and it was evident that the carpeting needed proper cleaning. I had to change rooms three times before accepting the best of the previous ones. The phone jack in the first room was broken and I had to hold it in place to call the front desk. Additionally, there was no television remote control for the TV. The second room was really smelly (vile odor) and the most of the covering on the chair was peeling off. The third room, that I had to accept was better but I felt itching on the bed as if it did not have clean sheets. I understand this was not the Marriott but paying over a $100.00 a night for any hotel should, at least, guarantee a clean room, at the very least. I would not stay there again.

I was very disappointed with facility not staff. I had no hot water for shower and these two things may seem petty but the coke machines offered no diet drinks and the breakfast bar offered Frosted Flakes and fruit loops. The Fruit Loops were in a container advertising Raisin Bran. I just wasn’t happy at all with facility.

No tienen shuttlebus dentro 1 a 6 pm y el servicio son muy mal cuando hable con ellos. No quieren ayudar

I stayed here with my 2 teenage daughters and felt very unsafe. The workers were great, it was just the area and the hotel itself that felt sketchy. There was also no way to block the windows on the first floorthat felt sketchy. Would

We had the best stay!!! The staff is so friendly. Only thing could be better selection in breakfast, but glad they had breakfast. I will be staying again.

Bed was dirty. Nice staff. Allowed early check-in and late check-out at cost.

The toilet took forever to fill after flushing. Had to fill the ice bucket with water to help fill up the tank. Toilet needs to be fixed!
