All very good EXCEPT CHECK IN Black girl with a mask No help, on her personal cell phone, training a new hire Caucasian male had an attitude, sad very sad, Fortunately the new shift girl blond Caucasian was friendly and assisted with our check in. I rented 2 rooms!!

The room was really nice, upon arrival, my card was already charged however, there was an extra $25 fee supposedly for room security deposit. Then the breakfast area was very nice with the food nicely displayed, however, after sitting down for breakfast, we were given a bill for $10.99 per person. This information was not posted anywhere in the dining area. We have recently stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in Idaho and breakfast was included in our stay. At least there should have been a sign posted with the cost of breakfast so we would have known beforehand.

Nice room. First off our room has a water leak in the bathroom outlet, we were upgraded to a suite to stay on the same floor with our friends which was good. The bar was out of a couple options of beer we prefer and they did not have items stocked to make a Bloody Mary. We went down the next morning for what we thought was a continental breakfast and it was not good. The eggs were cold, sausage was overcooked, they were out of mix to make waffles then we got told we had to go to the front desk and pay for self serving what little we ate.. the hotel booking says “cook to order” food and there were no clear signs anywhere telling us we had to pay when we arrived downstairs to the breakfast area.

During our first night at the hotel, the dining area was closed, which was disappointing. We had to shower and get dressed to go out to eat, despite being very exhausted. We had no plans to leave the hotel that night. The restroom fixtures were very rusty, and the lack of a restroom extractor made it very humid. The AC never turned off, even though we had it on auto. As a result, my baby woke up with a cough. The pool had a very strong smell of chlorine, and after being in there for 30 minutes, my son's eyes started burning. We were under the impression that breakfast was included, like at Holiday Inn, but we found out that was not the case. Overall, I regretted my stay. We decided to leave on Saturday at 6:00 pm and did not stay until the next morning because we were not comfortable staying another night. When I tried to give the key card to the front desk while informing them that we were checking out, the staff member said they didn't need it. Overall, I am very disappointed and don't think I can recommend this hotel at all.

Ice property with friendly staff but walls are thin. Guests in room next to mine were up all night talking and laughing, my flight was at 5am the next morning, I didn’t get any rest 🙁
