接待人員誠懇有禮，早點也不算差

The property is run down and shows wear. It’s dated and could be cleaner. The maid service woke be BEFORE 8 am to clean the room. And then didn’t come back later to clean the room. I reported to management and they advised they would follow up with me but didn’t. Next time I will stay elsewhere as they are new comparable hotels in the area.

The food in the ****** was awful, service was dreadfully slow. No other food options around for 20 plus miles so eat before you stay is my suggestion. The front desk service was ok but everyone else on staff was rude and seemed put out. The “******” is a joke and consists of a handful of machines in total. Saying a ****** is connected to the facility is ridiculous as it is not any kind of entertainment due to its size and options of play. Even if you wanted to, they don’t offer anything for children to do. Way overpriced for zero amenities and terrible location. Very disappointed with this stay.

Staff was friendly, but don't be fooled. This was not worth the money they are asking per night. No pool or spa. That is shared with the motel down the hill and is outdoors. Very thin walls, you can hear everything. Hotel needs a huge upgrade and i don't see how they meet the standards most Holiday Inns have.

Got exactly what I needed in handicap accessible room… ground floor, nonslip tub, tub seat if needed, double level, securely fastened grab bars in the tub, I’m very short so appreciated the lower one & adjustable shower head. The soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles we low enough for me as well! I’ve stayed in other places where they were too high for me to get any leverage to depress the pump! Well done Holiday Inn

We were glad to be able to check in 20 minutes early. Our room was in great order and very clean. We noticed a wonderful camaraderie among the staff which flowed to friendly and cheerful reaction to the lodgers. Breakfast room was well stocked and hot food was kept warm. The shared pool with Best Western was great fun for the kids. The cookies, coffee and ice cold lemon water in the lobby was so convenient. Overall a very good experience at Grants Pass Holiday Inn Express.

The soap and lotion are secured on the wall on the left side of the mirror out of reach for a wheelchair user to reach. Jay, the front counter person was accommodating and provided a bottle of soap to keep on the vanity next to the sink.

We appreciated the hospitality of the hotel staff. We were offered water bottles coming and going, and the breakfasts were out of this world delicious!

I liked where the property was . The parking was good. The room was good . The people was not all that friendly. Over all I rated it good.

Great place to catch my ZZZ's on the way to my Thanksgiving celebration.

Nice room, clean and comfy. Breakfast is terrible, but I expect that now and go out or skip it.

We stay here for convenient location to everything on the south side of Grants Pass including medical facilities.

The room was remodeled nicely and clean. The heater was a bit noisy, but did its job well. The breakfast was surprisingly good (omelets, sausage, cinnamon roles, and coffee!) Very reasonably priced and convenient location for our 2day road trip from WA to CA. Will stay again.

Very nice and fit exactly what I needed. Clean property and rooms. Morning breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating.
