宜必思卡塔赫納馬貝拉飯店(Ibis Cartagena Marbella)

4 gün boyunca her gün söylememize rağmen tuvalet rezervuarı hep bozuk kaldı. Avrupadaki ibis kalitesini hiç aramayın. Gece yarısı aşırı yüksek gürültü vardı ve çok uzun sürdü. Hiç müdahale edilmedi. Sanırım güney Amerika da bu normal karşılanıyor. Gittiğim diğer ülkelerde de durum aynı. Sonuç; birdaha kalmam. Bir daha amerikanın güneyine gitmem. Hiç uyumadım.

The hotel located next to the beach that is great location. The rooms are small but nice, unfortunately The rooms aren’t maintained well. The floor was broken and the shower faucet wasn’t broken. Not per ibis standards. The stuff is friendly. Keep in mind that there is a lot of traffic noise all times of the day and night. Request higher floor if you stay with the view to the ocean. Check your room upfront as if you want to replace the room they do it only after 3pm.

The Staff are amazing at this hotel. I stayed on the 5JUN and was so impressed with the service I stayed again on 24JUN. Both Carlos & Ray on reception were professional, efficient and really helpful (I can’t speak Spanish and their English was great). Onel in the restaurant served me both days and he was also great. For an Ibis, I was impressed. Therefore, I think this is a great value hotel.

Una magnífica ubicación a mi impresión la mejor ubicación ya que está cerca de las muralla, cerca de bocagrande, muy cerca del aeropuerto, un personal magnifico y una excelente comida como el bar, un wifi muy bueno y en general todo muy bien. solo tuvieron mal detalle en que falta nevera , la ventana fue casi imposible cerrar y el baño tenia la canilla mala que se salia.

El hotel no es malo, sin embargo, falta profesionalizar a su personal, desde que llegamos el dispensador de jabón en la regadera no servía y nos pusieron un bote con casi nada de jabón, bajé a la recepción por jabón ya que nunca subieron y me respondieron que no había, fue hasta el otro día que bajé de nuevo, que ya me proporcionaron un poco, además, al llegar a las 9:00 pm el policía y la recepcionista dijo que mi esposo No podía entrar porque no estaba registrado siendo en el el check in presenté las dos identificaciones, me hicieron sentir que metí a un hombre cualquiera de la calle, falta servicio al cliente.
