Appena rientrati da un weekend meraviglioso presso questa struttura..che dire non potevamo chiedere di meglio...la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale la fanno da padrone...a partire da Bea che ci ha accolto alla reception con un grande sorriso, anche la ragazza che si occupa delle colazioni molto gentile e professionale. Eravamo già stati presso una loro struttura e anche questa volta siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. La bellezza del luogo, le stanze ampie e confortevoli e la piscina che è una piccola chicca. Per non parlare poi della colazione...con prodotti tipici e varietà, dalla frutta al salato ai dolci...insomma un grazie immenso a tutti voi ... ritorneremo sicuramente.. .

Struttura ben organizzata. Posto rilassante. Dipendenti gentili e disponibili. Un grazie al simpatico Tony per l'amorevole cura della piscina e alla dolcissima Giulia.

La struttura non e malvagia per il prezzo pagato per tre giorni e due notti ci sta tutto, e compresa anche la prima colazione a buffet sia di dolce che salato chiaramente non vi aspettate il ricco buffet che trovate nei villaggi turistici nella struttura c' e anche una discreta piscina e già questo e di aiuto per chi vuole rimanere in loco per i collegamenti con Taormina e Giardini Naxos specialmente di notte dovete avere il mezzo proprio a disposizione

Breve ma piacevole soggiorno, cordialità e disponibilità del Personale. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, in una struttura immersa nella natura, eco-sostenibile, in prossimità delle Gole dell'Alcantara, da visitare assolutamente.

Welcoming staff, traditional homemade breakfast ….. with pastries! …. Pool small but picturesque. Rooms clean, harking back to Monache’s former life as a convent. Monica is very welcoming and the cat Caramello completes the experience.

Booked a week away from it all on the assumption that we would have all we wanted here. a pool, good food, good wine and maybe good service and company. We knew it was not close to anywhere else but as long as we had the above it would be no problem. We caught a taxi from the airport to the hotel then when we were at reception we were told no food except breakfast, no bar, no pool, and after 3.00pm no staff as the hotel locks its doors as it did on the day we arrived. I was locked outside while my wife was locked inside in bed. I had to search for an open fire exit to gain entry! at this time there were only my wife and myself onsite. Later a German couple came to the hotel and were met by an irate receptionist who told them they were late checking in. They had phoned the sister hotel that they would be late that is why a receptionist was sent to see to them! I must say IF the hotel had all of the services promised it looks as though it would be a good hotel but I would not risk booking as the hotel is still advertising on several sites (this one included) that all is well.
