If you can climb steps it's fantastic This is definitely not a place for somebody with mobility issues since all the buildings and the office require climbing at least a half a set of stairs. there was an elevator in the building, but I didn't see how to get to it without climbing a half a set of stairs. Other than that, the rooms were great!

I checked in around 3:30pm, was given my room key etc. Got to my room, and the window was open, it was -18C outside, and not much more than 5C in my room at best. Not thinking much of it, I closed the window, turned up the heat and left, as I was not returning till late, thinking the room would have plenty of time to heat up. I returned at 1:30am to a still freezing room. Barely warmer than when I had left. Thinking I was only going to be there for a few hours, I tried to tough it out. After 2hrs of trying, I finally went and slept in my truck. There was no one to call at 2am to fix this. Upon check out, I informed the lady at the desk about the issue and where I ended up sleeping. I was given an apology, offered a hot cup of coffee, and nothing more. I had no issues with the quality of the room , staff, or anything.....just no heat. My room never got above 6C the entire night, even though the heater was turned up to the max. If you stay here, make SURE the heater in the room is working, as there is no after hours number to call once the office is closed at night. Otherwise very friendly staff and nice rooms for a short stay. If there's a 'next' visit, I'll be checking the heater out as soon as I get in the room.

Beautiful property, nicely furnished, very clean, view of the mountains, we had a great stay

Was not impressed, our inside and outside of microwave was filthy , nightstands were not wiped off, the bed was horrible and pillows were flat as a pancake!

Other than needing some new bedding and window coverings the room was clean and comfortable. It was advertised that breakfast was included but that was not the case; only coffee or tea were available. Staff as extremely friendly and well organized at check-in.

Trip Just an average hotel, nice bathroom, beds not great and bedding needs an upgrade. No security lock on outside of building.
