La struttura avrebbe sicuramente delle ottime potenzialità . La gestione lascia alquanto a desiderare invece. Con una intera residenza che ospita ben 9 camere (tra piano superiore e inferiore) siamo stati alloggiati in due con al seguito valigie enormi (veniamo dall’Italia dopo un mese di onthe road tra Honduras e Usa) in una camera che definirei loculo. Faccio presente che di 9 camere c’eravamo noi e un’altra ospite . La struttura era praticamente vuota essendo - per loro - bassa stagione . Letto queen attaccato al muro . La notte per potere andare in bagno dovevo letteralmente scavalcare mio marito - al buio - e planare sulle valigie. Luci mal funzionanti , bagno grande con doccia ma senza tenda ne vetro . Rischio allagamento camera assicurato . Nessun ripiano dove appoggiare beauty o prodotti di nessun genere .Ventilatore attaccato al muro con filo in bella vista . In Italia, per molto meno ti avrebbero già fatto chiudere . Siamo rimasti delusi dal comportamento della Signora proprio perché la struttura era vuota avrebbero potuto fare alloggiare gli unici ospiti che avevi in una sistemazione più confortevole , dare loro un upgrade . A te nn sarebbe costato nulla e avresti fatto più bella figura . La gerente il primo giorno ci ha detto che al piano superiore vi erano ospiti … nessuno si è palesato …ne’ a colazione ne’ a cena . Scarsa pulizia nelle aree comuni, anche fuori dalla nostra stanza. Si è vista la gerente solo il giorno che dovevamo lasciare la camera alle 12 (tassativo) ! che spazzava solo per farci un po’ di pressing . Anche in questo caso poco tatto e disponibilità … avevamo il volo dopo le 15 e ci fai uscire a mezzogiorno ?? Vuoi farmi credere che con 9 stanze a disposizione per eventuali ospiti hai proprio bisogno della mia camera e non puoi concederci un late checkout ??L’ultimo giorno chiedo alla Singora se avesse un termometro non sentendomi particolarmente informa .. e niente da fare … loro evidentemente non si ammalano mai.All’esterno fuori dalla residenza tutto molto trasandato e lasciato andare . Sei in un posto di mare (anzi sei sul mare) non hai un punto dove poter stendere un costume , un telo. Per 280 dollari (con tasse per due notti) in bassa stagione con solo la colazione non è proprio poco considerando che a grand turk non c’è veramente nulla. Salvo il mangiare . A cena mangiato molto bene anche se con 80 dollari a sera è il Wi-Fi. Lascio qualche foto magari sono più esplicative

We just completed our 5th stay in room 7 at this wonderful gem. Lolli and her staff do an amazing job making sure everything is absolutely perfect. We love the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful rooms and delicious food. Would definitely recommend the Almond Snapper as well as the Shrimp and Rice Noodles. My daughter also says the Snapper Curry was the best she’s ever had. A special shout out to the evening servers Laila & Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Lolli, the manager and chef, is s incredible! She goes everything, including the wonderful cooking, and she goes it all well. The biggest downside was the nightly dining area was right outside the beachfront rooms. The music was loud and it was impossible to relax until they wrapped up, which was after 11 pm one of the nights. That was really frustrating.

Turks Head Inne is a small establishment, with 5 rooms in the main house, and 2 very small "garden rooms" accessible from the outside. The restaurant & bar are in a lovely shaded garden. The food was excellent. The staff is attentive, accessible and very helpful. We would definitely return.

Clean with very friendly and nice staff. Quiet and a stones throw from the beach.

Magical place to stay, people are so friendly and everyone is peaceful, loved it.
