My check in was at 3:00. When I arrived at 3:40 they told me the room was not ready. They then put me in a different and cheaper room than what I paid for. I had to go back down to the desk and then had to wait another half hour to get into a different room. I waited a total of two hours after my check in before I was able to get into a room. Not happy and would like a refund.

We had to go out and ask for towels, toilet paper. The ac is motion activated so if you are a warm sleeper expect to wake up 4-6 a night to get the ac working again.

Don't plan on breakfast or Coffee Poor customer service. Checking in was extremely professional and friendly. The girl working did an exceptional job. The next morning at 0820, our family walked down to breakfast. Not only were they out of coffee and according to the guy (texting on his phone and not looking up) stated, we aren't making any more. It caught be so off guard, I reiterate, "you aren't making anymore coffee at 830 in the morning"? He didn't answer and went on texting or playing on his phone. The breakfast was terrible, if it was available, it was cold, omelets, oatmeal and french toast. Sausage was raw. unfortunately we are in Grand Rapids alot for travel soccer. We will be cancelling our upcoming reservations and visiting another hotel.

I was charged $291.30 on my credit card I was not supposed to be charged. I booked the package deal through *******. The hotel was included in my package deal.

Unsafe Pool. The Pool light (under water) was weak. We were afraid of getting a short circuit in the swming Pool.. We reported it to customer service.
