We got bottom floor , so there was alot of running and loudness of footsteps, and could actually hear shower and commode flush all nite... we will give it another try , hopefully ppl can calm down after 10 pm..

I will keep booking here very respectful and nice go above and beyond they actually clean the rooms and and wipe down everything change the linens and the room smells like cleaning products

They informed me that check-out time was 11:00 a.m. However, a staff member knocked on my door at 9:00 a.m. while I was in the bathroom. I didn’t hear the knock, and they proceeded to open the door without my permission. This was extremely impolite and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this place again.

Bad We pulled our blankets back on both of our queen beds and both of them were covered in black hair. The shower had black hair in it the sink had black hair. The floors were not cleaned We found a pill on the floor. and yes, I said pictures of all of this and still the front desk did not offer me anything I had to ask for clean sheet for the beds. they told me to call to speak to the manager the next day and he was never there, so I never got to speak to him. I will never booked there again.

DECEPTIVE Picture showed a jetted tub but there was none on site. Tried calling customer service regarding deceptive pictures and supervisor was not helpful or empathetic at all.

Needs major updates. Inside door handle on room came off. The paint in the room was cracked and need to be redone. The "breakfast" was very limited. Consisted of bread/toast and cereal. Would have like to see just a bit more.
