You should let your guests know up front that parking is not free. That it is an additional $13 per night. There are no free parking options available.

I think I’m a Courtyard convert - this was a very nice hotel, comfy bed, I loved the parking sitch (where I didn’t have to wait for valet) and the hotel is located right next to a grocery store and a few restaurants! My one downside is that there is a homeless shelter across the street so there was a large population of homeless people in front of the hotel and I likely would’ve felt uncomfortable walking around alone at night.

Clean and new hotel. Grocery store next door, couple good bars near. Parking is right behind $13 per night. Nice room, nice staff.

All the staff were friendly, the lobby, halls and rooms were clean. The room was very spacious and the bathrooms too. I loved the walk in shower! Wish this location had a pool though.

Hotel was in a great location. Walkable to restaurants and bars and the convention center. It still smelled new. Beds were comfortable and spacious bathroom. There were 4 of us and we were not bumping into each other. Great use of hiding the fridge/microwave/coffee maker. We will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel was very clean and orderly. Service was timely and helpful. Room was spacious, modern and well equipped with all necessities. Location was ideal to conference center and restaurants; less than 5 minute walk.

Very clean. Very secure. Room was spacious and comfortable. Would stay again if i come back to town.

Sorta felt a little unsafe cause behind the hotel where the grocery store is located there were homeless people pestering me for money at least a handful of times and they would wait by the unloading zone. Then in my room the remote control for the TV was horrible, it barely reacted and it took me an hour to get youtube up and link the TV to my phone to use and browse like that. Everything else was great from the bed to shower and store on the same block being open from 7am-10pm. The staff for the bar when i went downstairs to order food they should post a sign for when the kitchen as a cut off time. It was only 5 past 9pm and the bartender said kitchens closed after i waited for a while for any service. Guess he was closing the kitchen while i waited, even checking in the staff didnt tell me that.

Great staff. Had nice conversations with at least three staff people. The shower was hot… until it wasn’t; and that ******.
