This establishment needs a better cleaning crew. A crew that cares. Our bathroom was dirty, the sink handle was coming off, the room itself had a dirty floor that was covered with a chair, so it wasn’t seen, and the curtains were not hung correctly over the patio door, very sloppy when we talk to the person in charge we were put off. I wouldn’t recommend this motel.
BUYER BEWARE - I booked 2 rooms at this hotel back in January for 2 nights in May using the Semi-Flex rate, which allows cancelation/modification up to 5 days before your stay. I needed to cancel 1 night of my 2 night stay and the price was going to increase from $267 to $392! I am a loyal Hilton diamond member (for 23 years) and I called the hotel to see if there was anything they could do about the significant rate change. I was direted to Manager Jennifer Sheppard who told me there was nothing I could do. I told her that this seemed like price gouging. She proceeded to tell me that I was yelling at her (and my tone was completely civil) and that if I continued, she would discontinue my business. I asked her if there was anyone else that I could talk to because this practice should be illegal!! She said that there was a 2-night minimum; however, no where in my confirmation or initial booking does it state that. When I continued to explain that I felt that this was unfair, she canceled both of the rooms without my authorization. I have never experienced this treatment or such a hugh price increase for a reservation. I am wondering about Hilton in general - is this their new MO?
訪訪客The people that work here made me feel incredibly safe. There are cameras everywhere and that made my family feel safe knowing I was a traveling nurse. I will stay here again if ever in Grand Junction!!! 🤗
great night sleep and great staff Robin and Amber are amazing people. they go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. peaceful and dog friendly. plenty of room to relax. The grounds keeps Chris and Joey work hard to keep the place clean. thank you .
