Clean room. Riverfront. Very friendly and prompt staff. Missing closet to hang clothes. However, hanger facility is present. Reasonably priced. Would have preferred breakfast in the price. Would recommend.

I think it would be a good idea if the property is used for affordable housing. Might be better equipped for single, small family apartments. I always had good memories from there. The location is beautiful. The Motel/Hotel might be fitting for rent that the locals can afford.

rude staff balcony seating needs attention on balcony coffee was not ready till 7:20 first morning and went down to lobby second morning at 8:05 and coffee was not ready desk clerk told me the kitchen was busy servng private group down stairs so we had to wait for them to bring up coffee she was rude and unapologetic for the delay

I was quoted $203 plus 42.87 tax =295.87 for a Saturday night with AAA discount they also charged $50 room fee to get back...When got the credit card statement I had 2 charges $295.87 and $345.87 I called they took off the $345.87 said that the room rate was $295.87 PLUS $50 so they over charged me $50.00 I didnot get back the $50 WATCH YOUR BILLS

Do not believe the good reviews! They obviously paid someone. We paid about 175 a night for the worse hotel ever. We planned a family vacation and we all had some issue with our stay. First of all they need to update their website and say the outside pool is not working, and hasn’t been working for the padded 2yrs and most likely will never work! They just keep the water, so it looks pretty. The inside pool is fine but good luck getting a towel, and if you do it should be called a face towel! Amenities were terrible! Our key cards to get in the rooms constantly stopped working, so we had to get new ones. The keys will not open the side doors either. They use a blue tape to cover the area for the key. The restaurant was closed and only open for drinks and the smallest dinner menu that was extremely expensive! The breakfast buffet was worse than McDonalds! Our rooms were dirty when we checked in! Ugh. The hallway carpet was ripped and we tripped. The balconies have no chair, actually some room had some cheap plastic chairs but most didn’t. My husband was looking forward to fishing on the deck that he saw on the website and it was closed!!! One day we found a drunk guy on the downstairs chair! Terrible! We want our money back!

Stayed here as part of a soccer tournament group booking. Hotel looked abandoned on the inside and out. We booked a suite to accommodate our family of 5. Pull out couch had a dirty stained mattress with no bedding. Garbage was strewn inside and below the pull out couch. Drain backed up in the tub, bringing hair and other debris with it. Patio was broken concrete with a single dirty plastic chair. No employees in sight when we tried to get the issue addressed. Happy we brought sleeping bags and air mattresses as the place looked sketchy online to begin with. The person that checked us in was friendly, but that's about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, but all restaurants, coffee shops and extras were closed. The outside grounds haven't seen a maintenance crew for at least a few years. No restaurants or food near the property, so the closure of all the restaurants on the property was inconvenient to say the least. The price charged for the mediocre room was much too high.

Hotel was in a nice area and close to Niagara Falls and Buffalo zoo. Pool closed a little early. Hotel definitely needs an update. Rooms were a little outdated. Light in bathroom took 5 minutes to stop flickering. Staff was pleasant. For the price it was ok.

Not clean, no microwaves, no breakfasts, rooms not ready, keys didn’t work consistently, pool filthy, fire alarms that were “glitches”, lawns not mowed, we heard the place was sold to make condos. Good luck! Would not recommend.

Run down hotel. Not a Radisson experience it should have been. There was no restaurant. No lounge/bar to enjoy a cocktail. No internet, not working elevator. Interior doors sticky…..almost couldn’t make it out of the bathroom. Musty smell! Terrible.

Horrible place to stay. Dirty and filthy. Room smelled nasty. Spider webs everywhere. Complained about room odor to front desk who did not do anything or take any action. Most places would offer to change your room but service here was horrible

For over 40 years this hotel has been my favorite on the island. It has aged and seen renovations as it changed hands and hotel brands. But renovations are looking pretty good, and the price is reasonable.

Paid double the price and the the hotel manger was not accommodating at all. The pool closed at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. There was no breakfast or any food what so ever. Rooms were not clean and I had to move rooms because my toilet wouldn’t flush.

Unclean patio, patio door lock broken, smelly room, but otherwise nice location. When these issues were reported at check in, staff was not helpful but just showed how to prop the patio door with a rod
