Conveniently located in the Grand Landings condo complexes. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Within and surrounding the immediate complex you will find a coffee shop (Biggby franchise), Temptations ice cream, Jimmy Johns, Culvers, Rykes Bakery, and a new gastropub called The Paisley Pig. -- NOW ACCEPTING WINTER MONTH-TO-MONTH RENTAL INQUIRIES --About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Overall, all was great. Convenient and walkable to downtown. Porch area not as clean. No detergent to do the required washing. Thanks so much, Neil and Nancy

Wonderful Place to Clean and in a great location for an extended stay in Grand Haven. Easy walk to downtown, the Farmers Market and close amenities. Not close to the beach but it was a 5 min drive.

Vacation Place was very nice. Fridge water dispenser did not work and shower did not drain or drained very slowly.

Great condo! We stayed for a quick weekend while visiting family in the area. This condo was super clean and comfortable, with lots of room. Kitchen was nice, we didn’t cook there but it looks to have everything you need. It was really helpful to have two full bathrooms. This is in a great location close to activities in the area, and no problems finding parking. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Great place and great location For me this is the place to stay in Grand Haven. Place is very clean and nice building. Clean and safe. Close to downtown and everywhere else. This was the second time we stay at this apartment and we will be back.

Great place We spent 4 nights over coast guard festival. Walking distance 20 minutes to the musical fountain. Quick drive to the beach. The Condo was a great home base for us.

The condo is about 15 walk into town for shopping and museums. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed - pots, pans, spatula etc.. There’s a coffee place Bigby’s, and a donut shop directly next to the condo which was great in the morning. The beach is a drive but we walked to see the 10pm light show and music.

Getaway This was a great place to stay, comfortable and clean. A short, 3min drive to the beach. Exactly what I needed :)
