The property is divided into two floors and communicated by a staircase.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with American kitchen , bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower and terrace with direct sea views.
The second floor consists of two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
Public spaces are within walking distance from your property.
There are 3 swimming pools located in the urbanization “los Caideros”.beside the property is a recreation area, with an open sport field for basket and football.
The parking space is besides the property on the street.
