We have stayed at the Grafton Inn in the past. It has consistently provided an exceptionally pleasant experience. The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, clean with nice amenities. The meals are well prepared. Breakfast offerings are fresh made and plentiful. The Inn has several cozy common areas to relax and enjoy a fireplace. The only thing to improve is the breakfast room music. The rock/twang sounds did not match the lovely atmosphere. We will definitely return to the Grafton Inn.

Very very expensive. Great customer service. Rooms are great. We were in a 2 double bed room at the Inn. Food excellent. We were there for a wedding. The arrangements were excellent. A very quaint town. Check out the MK a short walk from the Inn for lunch.

This review is of Angela Comstock, as we did not stay at the inn but did indeed have an excellent experience with her directly. My husband and I were exploring Grafton and came upon the Grafton Trails & Outdoor Center. We were greeted by the most friendly smile and spent a long time talking with Angela. She was a wealth of information with regard to the trails and activities available in the area, the inn, the town, you name it. It is largely because of her that we will be back for more exploring and fun! Angela represented the welcoming feeling of this lovely town and it's incredible offerings - she is an asset to the community and to visitors!

Gorgeous property in a wonderful place. However, we found the front desk "welcome" staff person pinched and rude. She didn't offer to help carry bags, didn't smile, couldn't answer basic questions about the hotel, and generally had a terrible vibe. Thankfully other staff members, such as the night staff and restaurant / morning staff, were more friendly, warm, and human.

If you can pay the $300, it is one of the best inn/hotel experiences we've had. Very helpful staff. Great room (two beds, sitting room). Excellent breakfast. Not much to do in Grafton itself (Grafton Cheese is not in the town), but a nice place to stay before beginning the Vermont Cheese Trail or your fall leaf tour of Vermont.

The Grafton Inn hosted our daughter's wedding on 29-30 September, and the entire staff did a marvelous job. I don't remember everyone's name, but Olivia Johnson (the wedding coordinator) in particular was excellent. Our room was well equipped and comfortable, the food was great, and the staff was very attentive to all the needs of the guests. With COVID-19 on the uptick, we brought along a powerful air purifier and asked to have as many windows open as possible. The staff responded to our concern with the utmost professionalism, moving the purifier from room to room to follow the crowd and ventilating the spaces as much as possible. I highly recommend the Inn for a wedding or just for a stay. It is a beautiful setting, both indoors and outdoors.
