Nice Stay at Ports of Call Very nice budget friendly hotel. Our room was clean and newly updated. Staff was friendly. Short 5-minute walk to Grace Bay Beach where they had umbrellas and chairs setup for POC guests. Nice, uncrowded pool and pool bar. Free breakfast every day for guests was a big plus. Convenient to access to grocery store, restaurants, bars and shops.

While this is not a luxury property, it was a great middle of the road option. Facilities were well kept. The room was clean, roomy enough and updated. The pool wasn't huge but adequate for the facility size and also well kept. A very short walk to the beach across the street and chairs and umbrellas were plentiful. The shuttle did not come often enough for us to make use of it but it really wasn't necessary with such a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was included which is a bonus for savings. There was fresh fruit croissants bread and eggs alternating between scrambled and boiled plus Yoplait yogurt. I was not impressed, but it got the job done. coffee and filtered water were available 24/7. The water was a huge bonus. The coffee was not the best. Plenty of stores and restaurants walking distance as well a grocery store that makes a fantastic deli sub or wrap hot or cold for only $7.50. It was big enough for my husband and I to split. The surrounding area was very nice, safe and lots to do. I would recommend this resort to anyone who doesn't have an unlimited or very big budget. We preferred to spend our extra cash on excursions and nice dinners out which I highly recommend. Also a kid friendly resort.

Hotel is in a good location great rooms and well cleaned daily - aircon is a large old unit which was quite noisy but worked! Staff were good. Lovely pool and pool area - though they played the same angst indie music quite loud on a loop all day! Beach staff were great - very helpful. Set in lovely gardens a few minutes from the beach with shops and restaurants on our doorstep.

Loved staying here, very close to Grace Bay, and lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Close walk to a car rental place. Pool & hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Nice breakfast included and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very comfortable. We thought we had booked the deluxe garden room, but unfortunately we had not. The front desk person Sandy, was very accommodating, and was able to get us a room w/a garden view. The gentleman Desir, took our bags to the 3rd floor, only to have to bring them back down again. He did all this w/a smile on his face. Jodi, the concierge, was excellent! She explained the Fish Fry event to us, made the arrangements for the cab to get us there, advised us about the restaurants that were being showcased. She was able to get us reservations at the Mangrove, and Magnolia, which we were so pleased about. Open Table offered no reservations till the 20th. We were leaving on the 13th. But Jodi came through for us! Emanuel at the front desk was also extremely helpful and answered all our questions w/a smile. The staff was excellent, including the breakfast staff. However, the hotel could use some more sprucing up. Maybe they are still in the process of renovating? The premises were clean, the guests were courteous to one another, no loud noises, very calm, and peaceful. in fact the entire island was fabulous! We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you TCI !!!

This resort was wonderful. Perfectly situated across from the beach with a free shuttle, lawn chairs and umbrellas provided. Walking distance from great restaurants and night life options. Would def recommended
