Il parcheggio è gratuito e comodo all’entrata dell’hotel. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata si trovava nella dependance all’ultimo piano e l’abbiamo trovata molto pulita e accogliente con disponibilità anche di alcuni giochi da tavolo. La colazione inclusa nel nostro pacchetto è stata ottima: ricca di scelte variegate sia dolci che salate.

Going to bed I was ready to give this place a 5. But there was an event in the evening which included loud music. According to the front desk they were told to end the music by 11pm. However it did not end until 3am. Needless to say I could not fall asleep with the boom-boom-boom. Because of the lack of sleep it ruined my stay and the next day since I was so sleepy. There is no reason the management did not enforce their 11pm curfew on music. I guess they cared more about the event people than their hotel guests.

We have booked a 2 night stay at the hotel while visiting the National Park. The hotel is easily accessible about 10 minutes from the park. Our room was ready upon our arrival around 2pm. We have booked one of the family suites. The whole hotel is very clean and everyone was very helpful. The pool area was just the perfect place to relax. The food very beautifully presented and tasted amazing, especially the lava cake. ☺️ We have also used the hot tub. You need to pre book this and is charged extra. And we have also enjoyed a lovely massage, again you need pre book this. My only recommendation would be to include the breakfast in the cost of accommodation, the breakfast was additional €54 for family of 4.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend. New, clean and fresh, hotel and room was in great condition. Restaurant was good and the breakfast well worth it, great selection of food for the money. Perfect location, only 10 minute drive to entrance 1. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Giving us tips on the route to follow the next day.

Arrêt d'une nuit pour visiter le parc de Plitvice, l’hôtel est équipé d’une piscine très froide en mai mais pour les frileux comme nous il est possible de se faire un jacuzzi pour 40 euro l’heure (à commander une heure avant à la réception) et nous y sommes aller avec les enfants. Le restaurant n'est pas exceptionnel pour le repas du soir et pour le petit déjeuné c’est vite plein si comme nous un car séjournait dans l’hôtel. On retiendra de notre séjour la qualité du notre sommeil sur des lits incroyables ainsi que la literie et nos enfants ont eu de vrai lit simple. La chambre était vraiment très spacieuse et confortable.

We stayed here one night and entered Plitvice park the next day. It was so conveniently close to the park. Our family really enjoyed our short stay there. The layout was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The front office receptionist was amazingly helpful and so kind from the moment we checked in. It truly was the best decision to stay at this hotel!

I stayed here with my 2 teenage sons. Amazing facilities, lovely staff, beautiful restaurant and pool. We used this as our base to explore Plitvice National Park. Staff happy to advise on best way to explore park, etc. Only 7 mins from Entrance 1. Would have stayed here longer if we could. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our three nights in this beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service. It is around 10 minutes drive to Plitvice National Park. The restaurant had a wide range of very tasty meals - we ate there every night and thoroughly enjoyed each meal. Our room was extremely comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. And the owners family could not have done more to help us. Thank you once again.

We only came as a couple for food. We sat outside and had the best service and food. It was all delicious. Two nights on the trot Will definitely recommend. All the staff were very attentive. Beautiful place
