Excellent friendly welcome. Room was spacious and clean. Lacking Earl Grey teabags but that is a personal preference. This was the best night’s sleep in a hotel. Breakfast was great and broadband was excellent.Will definitely visit again.LRM

I had a very positive experience during my stay. The hotel staff and management were excellent—friendly, professional, and welcoming. The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable, and the food very good. The location was perfect for the work and meetings I had scheduled, and I would be happy to return. Air conditioning would have made the stay even more comfortable, particularly during the warmer days. I want to give a special mention to the management team for making my visitors feel especially welcome. Also, the more premium wine selections were very enjoyable and worth the extra few quid!

Perfect stay We stayed in a lovely, clean, bright room. Really polite and kind staff. Would definitely stay here again, can’t fault it.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable room with all that you need for a nice stay. Full English breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. We only ate one evening meal at the restaurant but that was delicious. All the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Highly recommend.

Booked 6 of us in for Christmas lunch. We were so glad that we did as we had a very enjoyable and stress free time. All communication with the staff before the day was excellent and informative. Our table was in the bar and although the bar was busy there was plenty of space around the table so we didn't feel hemmed in. Great atmosphere too. Food was delicious and plentiful and our server, Tilly, was efficient and friendly. All staff were cheerful and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our lunch.

Disappointing We stayed in the suite and had no hot water and no heating. Manager had left and staff unable to help. Was told we had to shower in a different room then lied that they had sent maintenance. Hotel refused refund and lied.
