西里西亞飯店

Zimmer mit alten Möbeln. Bett war gut und das Bad auch. Die Minibar ein altes Ding und leer. Das Frühstück war ok. Das Restaurant war geschlossen. Das Personal aber sehr freundlich. Zimmer zur Straße zwar mit Balkon aber sehr laut. Für 4 Sterne habe ich etwas anderes erwartet.

Booked by our tour operator, unable to give us the twin room we had requested, hence a room change to the nearest thing they had, having arrived tired and hungry we were told that they wouldn't open the bar, that we must wait for our dinner to get a drink (??), but were happy to serve others (Germans?). They speak virtually no English despite advertising themselves as an international hotel. When I tried to ask for a glass of wine, the man was very rude to me. I do not speak German but I think most people would have grasped what I wanted. As a result of their attitude we left the hotel the following morning. There are obviously much better hotels in Gorlitz but we didn't wait to find out. Very disappointing and upsetting.
