We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations.Regarding the bathroom, after you informed us of a slight odor, our team responded immediately. We identified that the floor drain required attention, resolved the issue promptly, and personally inspected the room afterward to ensure the problem had been addressed.As a traditional Cappadocia cave hotel, our authentic cave rooms are carved into natural rock. Due to their original historic structure, bathrooms in cave rooms cannot have windows. Instead, they are equipped with mechanical ventilation systems designed for this type of accommodation.We also regret any misunderstanding regarding housekeeping. Our team is always available to assist our guests and strives to respond promptly to every request.We appreciate your kind comments about our staff member and thank you for your feedback, which helps us continue improving our services.

We do not advertise these rooms as being larger than they are.Our hotel is located on a hillside, which is one of the reasons many guests choose us for the views. The location is clearly shown on the booking platform.Regarding our service, we always strive to treat every guest with courtesy and respect. During your stay, your request for a refund on a non-refundable reservation after using the room until the evening could not be accommodated in accordance with the booking conditions. Despite this, we remained polite and professional throughout our interaction.We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.
