Nice location and the view but the place needs upgrading.

I do not recommend the hotel in any way! Everything is terrible except the central location of the hotel. Due to the road work, the taxi could not leave, we had to go up the hilly road alone with our suitcases because the hotel has no staff who can help. The service concept of the hotel is zero. The room we stayed in (109 Queen) was not like the photos, for example the jacuzzi was smaller. The cleanliness of the room was unfortunately very bad, we had to have it cleaned again after check-in. The room had many shortcomings: no minibar, no TV, no welcome cocktail as promised, etc. Breakfast was a buffet style, but it was ok because they didn't replenish the food that was sold out and offer it again in the buffet. We specifically chose a standard room with jacuzzi, but unfortunately the time we spent in the hotel was not worth the money we spent. At the time of check-out, the hotel team again showed that they had no understanding of service. I will never set foot in this neglected and unserviceable hotel again. It was like we threw our money in the trash ...

Personali super disponibile hotel vicino a tutto, c’è solo da camminare un po’ su una strada sterrata (per quelli che hanno problemi motoria questo hotel non fa per voi). Ha una terrazza bellissima dove potete ammirare le mongolfiere la mattina prima presto e il tramonto. Evitate solo di prendere la stanza superior che è praticamente sotto la cucina della terrazza e le scale per salirc. Colazione abbastanza ricca di dolci e salati.

Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast with stunning view. They forgot to pick me up from the airport...but anyways, good stay in general. Rooms are dark, noisy and a bit humid

The receptionists Batu and Aktan were friendly and helped my stay a memorable experience in Kapodokia

Really nice authentic style hotel in center of Göreme. Perfect location with all shops and tour agencies around. Amazing breakfast with breathtaking view on the city and mountains. Beautiful view point terrace in Turkish style with pillows and carpets with view on balloons. Good service and friendly staff make this place perfect for family or single stay 🙌🙌🙌

Amazing views from our room and very spacious. However the bed was very noisy and we could not sleep properly for this reason. Also the terrace is not as advertised - it does not have the turkish rugs and seats as you see in their hotel pictures. Overall, the room was nice but not value for money for the price we paid. Better hotels available for a nicer terrace and the beds and rooms need renovation.

Atakan and Batu were both brilliant, excellent rooms, yummy buffet breakfast. Situated in the centre of Göreme
