Excellent service, & workers! Very comfortable stay.

Picked IHG because of past experience but this one did not live up. We needed frig for meds. It was unplugged so I had to crawl on the floor to plug it in after recently having a knee replacement. The light came on though all was not good but never got cold. Shower door off track bathroom floor needed mopped Electrical outlets by bed didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t let us log in and front desk less than enthusiastic we were told sorry many times but maintenance already went home. And don’t get me started on breakfast. Very stale croissants bagels like bricks help in there wasn’t sure they had more . Next time I’ll stay next door.. very disappointed with Holiday Inn

The main part of the room was nice; however, the bathroom could use some work. The towels were worn out, stained and discolored. Why would you spend $$ to remodel rooms, then furnish dingy, stained, worn out towels? It’s time to upgrade your linens!!!! The entire bathroom was due for an upgrade. The actual hotel (lobby, breakfast area, continental breakfast) was very nice. The bed was very comfy too.

Stay was good, breakfast was good! Evening clerk was a little stand officious . Could have been a bad day! Never know!

The front desk staff were friendly when they were available, but had to wait for someone to show up. The rooms were filthy! Some areas and the showers hadn’t even been cleaned and there were blood spots on the sheets!! Had to switch one of our rooms due to tv and fridge not working. And in the other room the ac unit had to be turned off due to loud rattling. Was also over charged an extra $800.

Hotel needed some care and help. Seemed short staffed, many things need attention. Pool heater broken or turned way down, which was disappointing for the kids. Room not really clean, shortcuts taken. Breakfast was the highlight and was solid, just felt like Charlie browns Chris**as tree, really needed some love and attention.

Right off the highway, easy and quick when looking for a place to stop overnight on my travels.

Staff was actually if they went other way to help us with everything we needed. The breakfast bar was perfect and was very clean hotel.

I had the best sleep. Although I used my ultraviolet light to check for bedbugs, I found none. This gave me peace of mind for a good sleep. In addition, the mattress and pillows and sheets are the finest I’ve had in a long time at any I 75 motel. Thank you very much. The night staff, whom I met this morning, was especially kind and affable.
