"抵達後，你不會直接到達飯店門口，而是要拖著沉重的行李從巴士站步行約200公尺才能到達飯店入口，巴士甚至不會再往前開。頭兩天看起來還不錯，但之後我們發現了種種不足。餐廳裡人很多，但到了餐桌旁，一半的桌上都沒有餐具，只能等服務生送過來。早餐的茶和咖啡是用紙杯裝的，剩下的食物，如熱狗和香腸，會切成小塊，作為午餐和晚餐的配菜。我3歲的孩子從凌晨2點到下午一直在吐肉末和義大利麵，之後我媽媽也出現了同樣的情況。更糟的是，我們出現了腸胃問題，只能喝瓶裝水，而且只把吃剩的東西放在盤子裡。後來我們問了其他捷克人，他們的情況也一樣。腸胃不適，有些人甚至嘔吐，隔天我也開始嘔吐，這真的毀了我的假期。 7天假期，實際上只有4天在外面，因為大部分時間都待在房間裡。食物種類少得可憐。每週一次壽司，每週兩次蝦子。全包餐點選擇非常有限，午餐只能在餐廳用餐，不能在外面吃。下午2點到7點只有西瓜和蘋果供應，海灘酒吧營業到下午5點半，但到了5點他們就說咖啡機已經清洗過了，沒辦法再喝了。在海邊，全包酒吧營業到下午5點半，這服務也太差勁了。成人活動每週一次，只有兩小時的音樂表演。根據他們7月8月在Instagram上發布的兒童活動，早上和毛絨玩具一起跳舞（只有30分鐘），每天晚上迷你迪斯科，結果一次也沒有。我絕對不推薦這家飯店，五星級的服務也完全名不副實。午餐後泳池水就有點渾濁了，而且還有小孩，更別提飯店泳池邊那些大概只有十分之一客人用的躺椅了。早上離開的時候，零食是裝在盒子裡的幾片薩拉米香腸和黃油，還有乾麵包。沒有抹醬的地方，大概只能用手指抹了 :-D。"

"這不是一家五星級飯店。房間乾淨，員工服務周到，但飯店體驗卻稱不上五星級。房間裡的冰箱無法使用。他們聲稱所有房間都符合標準，但事實並非如此。全包服務只提供即溶咖啡，而且只有一個酒吧，飲品種類有限。其他所有服務都需要額外付費。房間裡不提供飲用水。所有飲品都用塑膠杯盛放，包括葡萄酒 :(。這根本算不上五星級體驗！"

"Everything as I expected We were guests of this beautiful hotel, and I speak on behalf of all five of us, the owners were very kind and warm, the food and cleanliness were excellent, a 5 minute walk from the sea and the seafront with the various minimarkets and shops in the area. Highly recommended hotel, we will be back soon... the Sicilians!"

"It has absolutely nothing to do with the commune. It looks close to the sea, but it's very far away, and it's ridiculous. No matter how many days you stay, they asked for 5 euros a day for tourist fees and beach access, as if they were right on the beach. I didn't pay. You only pay the tourist fee once, not for every day you stay. I absolutely do not recommend it. I'm telling those who are going, please be careful."

"Unfortunately, the hotel was disappointing. The location is just a short walk from the beach. Dislikes: The rooms are a disaster. In our first room, the shower screen was dirty and completely covered in limescale. The toilet was unusable while sitting down because the bed was attached to it at a 90° angle. The view from the balcony was of a dirty canopy with old air conditioning units. After the first night, we changed rooms. In the next room, the toilet and bed were next to each other. Unfortunately, there was only a shower, but without a cubicle or shower curtain. The third room was the same situation as room 2 – but with a bathtub. However, this tub was not intended for showering, as it leaked and all the shower water ran into the bathroom. As a result, the entire bathroom could only be entered wearing rubber boots after showering, as it took about two hours for the water to drain away. The closets were dusty. The advertised Wi-Fi only works in the lobby. The breakfast is unfortunately terrible. Breakfast was served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. When we arrived for breakfast at 9:30 a.m., there were only two small slices of white bread, one portion of butter, and two portions of jam left. We had booked bed and breakfast, but regular black coffee had to be paid for separately and was unfortunately undrinkable. From the third day onward, we were forbidden from eating breakfast on the terrace. The staff member in the breakfast area was extremely unfriendly, as was the hotel manager. Loud music from neighboring hotels continued late into the night. The hotel is located three blocks from the beach. The towels in the room were only changed once, and room cleaning was only available upon request. The hotel was open until a few years ago under the name California Hotel. The hotel's four stars probably date back to the heyday of the California. Today, it's not even worth one star. The hotel resembles a construction site and is simply squalid."
