Just 200 m from the beach and the main shopping street in Golden Sands, Hotel Elena All Inclusive provides an outdoor and indoor pool, air-conditioned rooms with balcony and an entertainment staff. Each room is fitted with a refrigerator, cable TV and a bathroom with shower or bath tub and free toiletries. Hotel Elena features a 24-hour all inclusive service, including buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hot and cold snacks are available throughout the day and refreshing drinks are served round-the-clock. Guests can relax at the pool bar or the lobby bar. Daily and evening entertainment programmes are available. Meals are served in the restaurant and the hotel also features a small supermarket. A hairdresser and a beauty salon are available at the property. Health services include a fitness room, a sauna for a surcharge and massages.

Отдых прошел отлично встретили с улыбкой и хорошим настроением весь персонал общается на разных языках , так что проблем не будет с пониманием. Еда довольно таки вкусная. Особенно хотел подчеркнуть ,как работали аниматоры , всегда веселые с улыбкой и новыми играми, самые классные зажигалочки вашим детям не будет скучно

Очень хороший отель. Приветливые работники. Еда вкусная. Номер очень хороший для 4-звезд. Отдельное спасибо команде аниматоров. Мы получили очень много хороших эмоций. Всем рекомендую

Ужасный отель. Рейтинг указан 4* по факту 1*. Самый ужасный отель из всех где я была. В автобусе познакомились с другими кто там отдыхал и наше мнение сходится на 100%. Приехали в 6:00 утра, сказали что заселят в 12:00. Других постояльцев заселили в 10:00 - это 1 страйк. Номер большой, тихий... но как же там было грязно! На ковролине ногти (кто-то стриг ногти на ногах) и что-то липкое. Окна грязные, никто их не мыл в этом сезоне явно. Очень длинные шторы в 3 ряда, а за ними дохлые мухи и жучки! Постельное белье с пятнами, подушки каменные (очень твердые) и также с пятнами. В ванной воняло тухлыми мидиями, прям как на пляже. Питание так же было отвратительное, брали разную еду понемногу и по итогу даже это не съедали. Колбасы, сосиски и сыры просто мерзость (туалетная бумага + супер соленная, еда самая дешёвая и ужасная). Из всего что было - 3 блюда были норм, а остальное мерзость. Я такого совершенно не ожидала, лет 5 назад была в Диане 2* он в 1000 раз лучше, чем этот ужасный отель...отпуск испорчен! Дорога к пляжу грязная, проходить надо было возле мусора там вечно воняло дохлятиной. Не думала я, что буду писать такой плохой отзыв. Впервые в жизни! Не тратьте деньги и нервы - обходите Elena 4* стороной.

Остались неприятные впечатление, но сначало о положительном. 1. Еда нормальная, разнообразная и самое главное простая, детям было что выбрать и мы были сытые.2. Номер светлый и просторный. 3. До моря 5 минут. Негатив: в номерах одна розетка, наш номер на 4, вместо одной кровати была раскладушка, ребенок 8 лет на ней проваливался до пола. Ну и по мелочи - тапочек нет, сушки для вещей нет. На территории абсолютно нет ничего для детей. В целом: Бесит, что весь пляж в платных лежаках и зонтах. На сегодня Болгария перегнула палку. Цена лежака 230 грн. Зонт 230 грн. Выгоднее было купить зонт тут, он обошолся 700 грн. Зона для обычных смертных катастрофически мало, люди сидят один на другом. По этому нет смысла ехать ни в Елену, ни в Болгарию в целом

плохо, ...не стоит этих денег. далеко не 4*. мне жаль, что я выбрала этот отель. 7 дней та же еда.. в номере не убирают, анимация слабая, скучно как-то, грязь мусор вокруг бассейна..очень много минусов...😫👎 на фото вроде нормально а на самом деле далеко не так..

The hotel wasn't too bad, but the animators were awesome, super friendly and the activities got me rolling on my bed laughing when thinking about them.

We have been coming to this hotel for some time and we have always been satisfied! The rooms are large, modern, and the staff is always helpful! As for the food, we had a lot to choose from. We had a lot of fun with the pool animators, Deni and Gabi, who organized many activities such as archery, pool polo or darts! The mini-disco evenings captivated the children, and at the DJ party we had diverse music. I recommend!!

A wonderful hotel for the price!!! The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is good and the pools are clean! We were very pleased with the animation team this year! Deni and Gabi came up with many new games, we danced together and they took great care of our child! We thank them very much! The staff is very kind, we are coming to this hotel for the third year in a row! See you next summer!

We had a really Good vacantion here! The rooms are big, The food is Good and The pool are clean! We had a Good time with The animation team! Deni and Gabi made a lot of fun games and The Kids loved The mini disco! We Will be back next year!
