阿瑞納瑪爾飯店及水療中心 - 全包

Dit hotel is overvol, op zich niet erg, maar hierdoor is de dienstverlening ook onvoldoende. De netheid van de kamers en vooral het beddengoed is ronduit ondermaats. We hadden lakens met vlekken. Het ontbijt was zeer basis, de koffie niet te drinken. Gelukkig was er voor ons een mogelijkheid om de tijd elders door te brengen.

Плюсы - в начале июня море чистое. Добросовестный персонал - уборщицы, бармен Максим очень приятный и приветливый парень! Минусы, Очень шумно, музыка играет днем и ночью . Повсюду воняет канализацией и в ванной в номере и на улице. Старые одеяло и подушки. Девушка администратор взяла с нас 25 евро, чтобы заселить ранее указанного времени (приехали в 4 утра, заселение с 14.00). Еда невкусная, ужасно не вкусная, Пару дней там работал молодой парень шеф поваром - тогда можно было насладиться едой, а так запасайтесь панкреатином, углем, лоперамидом и это я не шучу. Есть басейн, но вода очень сильно хлорирована. В отеле питьевую воду можно найти только в баре. Кофе подают только с 10.00. В номере нет чайника. Тропинка к морю где-то 200-250 метров. При выселении девушка администратор взяла с нас еще 15 евро за разрешение дождаться автобуса, который должен был быть в 15.00 часов. Трансфер - вообще отдельная статья, приехал, забрал, отвез км за 10 от отеля, выгрузил, сказал что автобус ваш выехал (откуда, через сколько будет???) и уехал, остались стоять возле какого-то лесочка, такие как мы прибывали еще чел 50-60... Что сказать - стресс и ужас! Не рекомендую туда ехать!

Commençons par le positif : La chambre. Elle est spacieuse, avec une bonne literie. Un bureau et un canapé complètent le mobilier ; un pouf mériterait d’être remplacé par une chaise. Voilà c’est tout ! Passons au négatif : tout le reste. Le hall de l’hôtel est froid, inexpressif. Pas un fauteuil pour se relaxer, seuls des poufs en plastique et des banquettes inconfortables sont à disposition. Ce qui sert de bar n’engage pas à consommer. Le personnel ne sourit pas, semble craindre quelque chose ou quelqu’un. La restauration ou plutôt ce qui est proposé pour se nourrir, est peu ragoutante : de la viande bouillie, resservie le soir ou le lendemain sous une autre forme. Elle n’est pas diversifiée : poulet et porc. Parfois quelque chose annoncée comme étant du poisson. Peu de fruits à disposition hormis des pommes vertes impossibles à peler. La boisson alcoolisée locale au bar permettrait de remplacer le glyphosate dans mon jardin. Bref ce fut ma plus mauvaise expérience depuis que je voyage ; ce dernier étant le 61ème ! Je déconseille fortement cet établissement

The hotel is very nice, the staff are very nice, the inside pool is great and warm, the family room is big, has 2 bathrooms which is great when you travel with kids, the location is great, the breakfast is great while there are a lot of guests in the hotel, at the end of our stay when there weren't a lot of guests in the hotel- the breakfast wasn't fresh every day, the bread was with mold on it, the pancakes were dry and felt old, the desserts also felt very old and dry like the staff didn't threw it away and just keep putting them out over and over again every day

We stayed here at the end of September for 5 nights. The hotel was quiet due to it being the end of their season which meant a lot of the local shops, bars and restaurants has closed (no fault of the hotel, we didn’t do our research and assumed the season would continue into October - something to be mindful of if you’re booking in 2024). The food and spa were the highlights of our holiday. The spa staff were super friendly and helpful and we made sure to make use of the facilities and treatments on offer. Would recommend the Turkish bath, it was incredible! The price of the treatments were so cheap compared to the U.K. you can pay cash or card which is handy too. The food was so flavoursome and we had something different each night. If you’re a fussy eater or expecting 20+ difference choices this isn’t the place for you. There was enough choices but each dish was delicious and the cakes were little mouthfuls of heaven. Overall the hotel was very modern and clean and is in a great location to walk to the beach. Even with it being quiet we felt extremely safe strolling around. Down by the beachfront there are some lovely shops and bars, it’s a lovely easy stroll. We took the 409 bus into Varna (approx 45 mins journey) and hired electric scooters to explore. We’d recommend wandering the garden, it’s beautiful and lots for kids to do. The staff were generally very helpful, a big shout out to Vanka (I hope that’s how you spell it) on reception who was extremely helpful in trying to sort an issue with our transfer back to the airport. Only negative experienced were the cleaners were slightly rude and staff weren’t always at the bar around the pool, we imagine this was down to it being out of season. We would definitely return to the hotel and make the most of the spa and facilities again next year.

Great hotel very modern and clean and fresh not a very old building. I stayed there because the hotel next door had booked me in but was closing for the season mid week . So they arranged my accommodation at this wonderful Area Mar great location great food all staff very very friendly and helpful can’t fault the place great Ukrainian bar lad and young lady thank you
