We stayed here after our TUI flight was cancelled. The rooms are basic but they are clean, have a bed, shower and balcony and are better than sleeping on an airport floor. Considering alot of us were dumped on the hotel and staff at very short notice, they did amazing at accommodating us. Food was not great and very limited but there is a menu you can order from. There is also a marina about 10 min walk with lots of bars and restaurants. Us stranded brits literally took over the hotel and the staff did what they could to help us. I actually enjoyed my stay here, even if it was in a crap situation. It's a small complex but has a nice feel about it. Thanks to the staff for hosting us all at short notice!

Lovely hotel with good food. A little off the beaten track but great place to relax. A large group of us stayed here and we all enjoyed the varied menu options. The rooms were comfortable and staff were helpful. Breakfast was equally as good as the evening meal.

We were placed here after our Jet2 flight was cancelled. Honestly it was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stepped foot into, firstly the public areas are completely run down and are in need of some tlc. The pool was a murky green colour, restaurant felt dirty and flies around food and tables. The hall way down to our room was like a horror film, light barely worked, hall stunk of smoke and mould. We were given room 316, opened the door and was greeted to a strong smell of black mould and fly spray, flies around the bathroom shower drain, shower completely covered in mould, bed sheets dirty and mattress had blood patches and other marks on it. Refused to stay in there as didn’t feel comfortable or safe. The whole hotel was really really disgusting and I couldn’t wait to leave.

Öncelikle parasını tam olarak hak etmediğini düşündük. Odamızın bodrum katına verilmesi ile başladı her şey. Bozuk bir duş başlığından, malzemeleri kurutmak için bir askıya kadar hiç bir şeye özenilmemiş. Odanın ışıkları çok kötü, housekeeping hizmeti yok galiba, içilebilecek kahve, bitki çayı için kağıt bardak konulmuş bir otel odası düşünün. Bu bence korkunç bir deneyim. Yemekler çok kötü. En basit yemek bile hiç bir şekilde ne lezzetli ne de özenli. Kahvaltı fena değil. Buraya dair tek muhteşem şey çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü ve cana yakınlığı. Her zaman yardımcı olmaya hazır olmaları.

Belle accueil. Personnel très chaleureux. De bon conseil. Toujours accessible et très patient. La piscine est parfaite. Les chambres sont très confortables. Air conditionné accessible et très utile car dehors il faisait très chaud. Cool.

We had our Jet2 flight cancelled with 2 hours notice and they arranged for us to stay the night here. Well, it looks amazing on the outside. The rooms are ugh, just dated, worn out carpet that is stained, bleached and ripped, smelled of stale cigarette smoke and tiny rooms. Luckily, it appeared clean enough and I was grateful to not be sleeping in the airport. Then there's the food. Diabolical to say the least. Again, grateful to not go hungry but choking back what was on offer is an understatement. Why on earth Jet2 associates with this hotel is beyond me. If I had booked this hotel for my holiday I would have been devastated. There is no way in earth this is a 4* hotel.

We were put here after our flight was cancelled. We arrived in early hours and the staff were very helpful. Our room was down in the basement.. the carpets smelt like an old pub. Our room has to be the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The smell of damp, and smoke was overpowering. The bed had the springs coming through. The fridge was full of mould. The toilet was filthy. The shower wasn’t working and was filthy. The air conditioner was working properly either. The following morning the electricity was off. As we were in the basement We had to help a man to his room with the torches on our phone. Breakfast was shocking too. When I showed the man in reception the photos I had taken of the fridge he just shrugged. Just glad it was only one night!
