經典英國哈特雷莊園飯店(Cbh Hatherley Manor Hotel)

Comfortable room, excellent food, prompt service in restaurant. Good base to explore surrounding countryside. Reception and Spa staff overstretched at times, so longish waits to be attended to. Spa staff much better at switching up a gear in this situation then reception. Background music in the restaurant at right volume but incredibly bland and boring.

Lovely hotel, very welcoming. Spa was stunning although steam room was out of use and has been for sometime. (Would have been nice to know prior to booking). Room was very clean and fresh, drinks reasonably priced at spa area. Nice time for check in 3pm and check out 11am, which was a bonus comparing to other hotels. Great stay overall and would recommend

Great location, lovely grounds, super breakfast. Bar and restaurant staff super-friendly, though reception less so - not particularly helpful either. Rooms ok. Walls paper-thin, Room could have used a fan.

The hotel in itself is really lovely to look at, well decorated, and cosy. The staff, cleanliness and atmosphere let it down. The spa was not fully working( steam room broken). Noisy in room, can hear everything. Being woken up at 6am with the loud fire alarms going off, no staff to find out if an actual fire, me and other guests in hall tired and confused, to eventually find out a staff member had burnt some toast. Not a great front of house impression by reception , quite rude and abrupt. Breakfast was vile and I could not eat it. Dirty condiments, dirty tea cups that stank of dishwasher that has not been cleaned. BBQ beans on toast, was literally beans on toast mixed with a tiny amount of BBQ sauce. So disappointing. Never would I go back. It's a shame as it has so much potential but im guessing the fault lies with how it's being managed.

Lovely hotel. Was given a free upgrade, which was lovely. I will say the room was very warm. Even with a fan running. They could do with air con but beautiful room. Good fab. Live locally. Will definitely stay again. Shout out to Erin, the Receptionist extremely helpful and friendly. A credit to the hotel. Though all staff were very helpful and friendly.

First impression was poor as we were greeted at Reception with someone who could not break a smile or welcome us! Very poor customer service! The room was clean apart from a very obvious long hair sitting in the bath. View from the room was over a flat roof. The bar had a distinct lack of beers to offer and the wine was of poor quality and expensive for what it was. Breakfast in the morning was reasonable and the staff more accommodating. It wrangles to have to pay an additional £5 for a full English breakfast when breakfast is supposed to be included in the room rate!

The hotel is lovely and the staff were great. We spent the day in the SPA which was very relaxing and then checked into our room. We were upgraded to a fantastic deluxe room as there was a wedding taking place at the venue. The room was excellent, got a great nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning was really tasty and 11am checkout was very straight forward.

We really enjoyed our stay the rooms were lovely and the staff friendly. It was busy with weddings and was a beautiful setting for those but not as restful with other guests. If you want it quiet tge early part of the week would be quieter

Food was delicious and staff very helpful. Various areas have been re-done and it all looks so much better!! Very much enjoyed our stay. Particularly appreciate the field available for walking the dogs. Room was clean, tidy and well presented. Only slight ****** was the pillows were rock solid, but I may just be a princess. Would definitely stay again
