This is a follow on from my first review where I had placed one of the random chairs that had been placed in my room to the hall, the hotel accused me of stealing it and said I had to pay for it, I said they should call the police or I will to which Aksh said "whatever floats your boat" All this was because after the first week they did not service my room at all, I never told my client and unfortunately he booked me in for another week. Again they never serviced my room

All round good experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nothing too much trouble. Anything you need is sorted asap. Ian is a friendly face to greet us and happy to help with anything needed. Always come back here when we fancy a couple of days away, great value for money.

Ian and Adin on reception were lovely and made us feel very welcome upon arrival, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay and even offering maps and restaurant recommendations, extra tea and coffee and a quiet room at the front of the hotel for us.

The hotel was exactly what 'it said on the tin' good value, clean and well located but the best thing was the staff. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant and I can't sing the praises of the staff enough after my husband left his mobile behind. The housekeeping staff found it and everybody was extremely helpful when I rang up to see if it had been found. A huge thank you to everyone concerned for going the extra mile

We visited our son & his girlfriend who are both studying at Hartpury University. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean surroundings and great car park discount!. We checked in and popped our baggage in the room, which was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee was in the room, with a nice big TV and body wash/hair shampoo was in the bathroom. Lifts were handy. We chose this hotel as when my son first arrived in 2022 the rooms he was staying in had not been finished, so he stayed here for 2 weeks, so we knew the hotel. We stayed with our daughter and she slept on the extra single beds provided, we all had a great nights sleep! Breakfast was easy as we had prepaid and my daughter ate for free, also my son and his girlfriend joined us, which was lovely. Checking out was easy as you just popped your room card in the box near the exit door. The car park fee was reduced when I paid as we had been given a QR code which we scanned when we were ready to leave the car park. Overall a very pleasant stay, one we will do again when we next visit.
