Clean, bed were comfortable, it Didn 't have a musty smell. I did not have an eeky feeling upon entering the room😉

It was wonderful from the time I walked in the young lady behind the counter greeted me with a smile also was very helpful she let me know about restaurants and places my husband and I can walk to nearby and enjoy. Thank you for making our night so special.

Grateful for hot water this time. Last time we stayed we had an evening of NO hot water at 5pm on a Saturday. So getting ready for our event was an experience. So this time it was much better. We always enjoy our stay at the Glassboro and it’s so convenient to the hockey arena, the reason for our stay.

Great place but bad maintenance and everything is locked you have to ask front desk to get let into pool & hot tub room

The hotel itself is good BUT noisy. You can hear the loud neighbors and cars at the middle of night the noise kept me awake at 4 am

You can hear all and I mean all the traffic at all times of the night in your room. The pool/spa was shut down for a health reason. There was a pill found on my bed and it wasn’t mine. The dispensers in the shower, the conditioner was out and they were unable to refill it. So they had to use those little travel bottles. Waste of money. Elevators are so slow! Staff though super nice!! The area is great and convenient!

It seemed like our room was half ready There was trash still in the room, a couple small towels, and the sheet was dirty and I needed to use the iron and it didn’t work.

The cleanliness was fine. However, the staff response was minimal at best when asked questions.The hot water in the bathrroom took a while to get warm. It was nice to have parking validated and the close proximity of their garage was nice.

Stay here three nights while on a business trip. Hotel was clean and well located near restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were attentive and friendly. The only negative was when ordering breakfast. They only had one poor lady taking order and heating up food (Breakfast is similar to a Starbuck experience), so the wait to place a drink and food order in the morning can take way toooo long, especially if you need to get on the road quickly. They really need to have two or three staff supporting breakfast requests.
