Residence Inn Glenwood Springs

Room #202---Filthy, run-down, and uncomfortable room. The pull-out sofa was unsleepable. Had to go to Target to purchase a blow-up mattress due to the 1" flat pad/mattress on the sofa had bars digging into our backs and was so filthy we did not want to sleep on it! The entire room was dirty. Floors had crumbs. Wall plates and doors had black grime. Purchased cleaning wipes and cleaned the room myself. On top of paying an additional $12.00 per day to park?! Never heard of such a charge. Stay somewhere else!!

I love that this property is pet friendly, walking distance to restaurants and stores, has two bedroom suites and offers a very decent breakfast. I would suggest a better sofa sleeper mattress - it’s not good when you can feel the coils/springs. I would also like one or two luggage racks available.

The room wasn’t cleaned the first night I was there. Luckily, I was only there for two nights and it was only me

Comfortable, large room with kitchen was welcome. Some TV channels not available though listed on guide; was irritating.

Stayed here as part of a long trip, working in the mornings until checkout. Nice desk and chair. Clean and decent breakfast options.

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Scrambled eggs had variety of colors, weren’t cooked properly, and options were limited and low quality.

New, clean, great room with kitchen, very comfortable bed, no problem with getting a late checkout, good breakfast included.

Hotel was super clean and the staff are very friendly. We brought our two dogs and everything was easy. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was plenty of room for 5 people and 2 dogs. The breakfast was great, too — much better than most hotel breakfast buffets. The pool and hot tub were also great and hiking trails were across the street. We would definitely return!

We loved the Hotel, however, the breakfast was not great. But our hotel room was hotel was fantastic.
