芝加哥格倫維尤萬麗套房飯店(Renaissance Chicago Glenview Suites Hotel)

노스브룩 지역이라면 지역적으로 좋아요,그러나 중심가와는 정말 멀구요,엘레베이터에서 소변냄새가 나요, 청결도는 정말 별로입니다. 방은 넓고 쾌적하나 수건에서 냄새가 납니다.

Everything was great about this hotel, except that when I ran the sink in the bathroom, part of the waste water would overflow on to the shelf under the countertop. Really wierd that someone would fix a drain issue and not check their work.

There was a half an hour hiccup when it came to checking in that ended up with my reservation being marked a no show and a new one made. Of course, that equaled multiple incidental charges to my credit card despite being told the others were cancelled prior to each swipe. They all still exist. Hotel blamed it on being an ******* booking. I will say - staff was kind and considerate. Beds were quite comfortable. It's a nice property.

Family of three in town for an overnight stay. Overall it was a positive experience. The room was spacious and cozy, beds were comfortable with clean crisp sheets and pillows that were perfect to my comfort. The bathroom was clean and had adequate towels for each guests. However there are a few minor issues that could be improved; the caulking around the tub could use some TLC or out right needs changing; the few stains in the carpet drove my compulsive husband crazy. For that he said he wouldn’t stay there again. For me that has not deterred me from staying there again. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family who are looking for an affordable and comfortable hotel in the Glenview area or for people looking to be close enough to Northwestern University who don’t want to be shelling out a pocket full of money and don’t mind the 15-20 minutes drive, depends on traffic. Shout out to the kind and friendly staff members.

Probably has one of the best hotel fitness facilities that I have used. Equipment is new and in good condition; the gym is very clean. Downside of the hotel is that it is not within walking distance of anything! It is a lovely hotel, stuck in the middle of a business park. That would be OK if the hotel offered things a traveler might need-such as toothpaste, Etc. The rooms had no Amenities of that type.
